Went there on a Saturday and got efficient, quick service by Preston. Reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Was told our phone was a simple fix, would take an hour and had to pay upfront $84. Two hours later phone was not fixed was told it was going to cost another $120 when we declined and decided to upgrade instead they wouldn't give a refund or partial refund for nothing being fixed and still went home with a non working phone. read more

No muss no fuss. Brought my phone in with a non functioning display. In and out in less than an hour. Great place for emergency repairs.

The young man who is responsible for repairing and dealing with customers is unprofessional and rude. The iPad took a week longer (3weeks) total to fix. And the original screen repair wasn't properly glued on. I asked for both to be fixed and he said the screen wasn't under warranty. But they made an "exception." They make you pay prior to fixing it. I had to call four times to check on the status. They told me it was ready but the screen had not been fixed and the glue was not set. I made him make sure it was fixed and I would return the next day and then when I returned again, he refused to demonstrate that the charging port and the screen repair worked. I charged it in the store while he whispered vulgar comments under his breath. I asked for the managers number and he refused to provide it or a way to contact the store owner. So I am writing this review. I will not use this shop again and I recommend you do not as well. read more

I dropped my iPhone 12 and broke the screen and my friend recommended me phone fixation and i couldn't be more satisfied, went in there and the employees were so nice.... took them 30 minutes to fix it up and it was amazing. read more

I would not even give this one star! But I have to, to leave a review. My husband brought in my Ipad to fix the charging port. My lighting cable tip broke off in it. They said it would be one day to fix it. We called after a day and said the tool broke off when trying to fix it so they needed another day to get a new tool. We called the next day and they said another tool broke off again! So they would have to open the Ipad and try to take it out and it would cost $150.00. They never gave us a quote for the retrieving of the cable tip prior. Only the amount to fix it. So needless to say we said no and pick up my Ipad. At the time of pick up, they charged my husband $42! He asked what for, they said labor! They never quoted a price and there are no signs in the store about a "labor" charge! It wouldn't have been a problem if they fixed it, but they didn't. They just charged us for their problem-breaking tools! They continue to lecture my husband about running a business and having to charge the customer?? THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO THERE! Broke the screen on my Samsung s6 active so I took It to these guys Saturday June 11 to get repaired, and was quoted around a week to fix. I also had to pay $264.00 up front. It came to Thursday of the following week and hadn't heard anything from them so decided to call them. They told me they got the part but it was defective and had ordered another one. So another week goes by without them calling to say anything so I had to call them again. They said the part came in but the frame on the phone was bent so it cracked the screen when they installed it, and needed to order another one. Ok another week goes by and I didn't hear anything from them. I called them to find what's going on and guess they broke the 3rd screen and now are saying it needs a new frame and that was gonna cost another 100 dollars. Week goes by without hearing anything from them so call once again to find the part was suppose to come in Wednesday or Thursday July 13,14. It's now July 16th and haven't heard anything from them. I will never go back here. And if you want to know what's going on with your phone you will have to call them because they will not call you. It's now been 5 weeks and the phone still isn't fixed. read more
