I requested my package to be left at the location due to an address mix up. When I got there they couldn't locate my package although it stated it was there . Star who was working that day really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was able to get my package. It took a while , I left and came back when she finally called me to tell me she located it. Not once did she get snobby with me , her efforts truly were appreciated. Not often you have an employee that shows eliteness, and patience. Kudos to her !
