My carrier throws my Chewy order on my porch every month! Today, I confronted him and he denied it after watching him do it. Every month the boxes are always busted and I can see him on my camera. I deliver for grocery stores and wouldn't ever throw a customer's order on their porch like that. If he doesn't like handling packages he should find a different job. This is unacceptable! read more

They lie they say they try to attempt to drop off my box. It supposed to been dropped off before 2 PM then they changed it to 8 PM for drop off. I have a camera at my door and nobody attempted to come to my door at 3:57pm or leave a sticker on the door. There was no one at my door ... Now I have to wait till Monday to get a package... (( FedEx went downhill )) They don't like to knock or ring the doorbell anymore. We have had excellent service from FedEx at our house. They always deliver to the front porch. Today the driver saw that there was something being delivered that could melt in the heat. I am visiting here for a month, and he is so friendly and kind, and went out of his way to help me get all my packages that accidentally got mailed to the wrong address - he made sure that it all got to my new updated address!!! I have received 2 packages left on my fence post; probably to avoid my ring doorbell camera, which would have let me know a package was there! It is impossible to call them; there is no "customer service" option! The only reason I know the second one was delivered by FedEx is that I successfully called the Post Office (USPS was on the tracking label) and the representative told me it had been delivered by FedEx. read more

Outdoor furniture placed on the delivery truck at 9:26 AM on Monday with tracking saying it would be delivered by end of business that day. Didn't show up then tracking changed to Tuesday delivery. Tuesday comes and goes without delivery. I called customer service which was clearly offshore. Could barely hear the person and they were no help. I logged into the website and requested the package be held at the oleander location. Wednesday morning they deliver in my driveway and apparently dropped the box in the dirt somewhere along the way and crushed the corner of the box. Haven't opened it yet but I suspect it will be damaged. See picture. FedEx used to be the go to for shipping but they are now worse than any other shipping company including USPS. In the future I will choose any other company but them. Just horribly incompetent. read more

This is the second time I had LIVE lobsters shipped from Maine. The shipper paid for over night delivery.. First the tracking said I was getting them today before 1:00PM then it was updated to the end of the day. Now when I call the 866 number they are telling me maybe tomorrow..... They will be dead by then and you cant cook dead lobsters... The cooler is marked all over live lobsters and next day delivery... I don't under this from FedEx if they can't deliver a serves they shouldn't sell NEXT DAY DELIVERY. They did the same thing last Christmas too... I should have learned a lesson... read more

Three times now that Fedex drivers have driven their large truck onto my front lawn rather than reversing out (lazy). Has ruined the grass and left deep indentations in the lawn. Gonna cost me $$ to fix. But I cannot get past the customer support line to speak to an actual person in this local Wilmington office to complain. It's like they are hiding behind the customer support number. When I filed a complaint - they do not give a ref number to follow-up on. Next step for me is to drive an hour and walk through the front door at 1106 N 23rd Street Wilmington to raise hell. read more

I place regular orders for my place of work, that the vendor uses this FedEx to deliver. I have not received a single order for the past five months! Not only that, we have received notifications that one of my team has signed for deliveries when she has not been on shift, and our security cameras clearly show no FedEx vehicle in the vicinity. Oh and no deliveries of course. So who knows where or who has those. There is no direct number to contact them to resolve the issues and FedEx customer service refuse to connect you the site, let you speak with a Manager and hang up. Seriously, use another vendor such as UPS as this FedEx site does not care. read more

I have tracked my package to this shipping center. I was supposed to receive it by Oct 2. It is now Oct 8 and no one at FedEx can tell me when I will get it.... tracking information says there is "no scheduled delivery date at this time". This is my first experience with fedEx and I'm being completely honest I am never using fedEx again I was supposed to get a package and it never arrived I was home all day and no truck ever showed up and it says it's been delivered but it haven't like it's simple you put the location in your GPS make sure it's right and go to the location so I am beyond mad I was talking with customer service and I can at least say they are very respectful and helpful but besides that I will never trust fedEx with a simple task as delivering a package to its address!!! read more

Expecting a package from Amazon, delivery through FedEx. The FedEx website is saying they tried to deliver it about 90 minutes ago, but no one was home. Absolute nonsense. I've been home all morning, about 20 feet from the front door, no one has come by. There is no delivery attempt notification sticker on the door. I called the useless 800 number and was told, basically, that there's nothing they can do and they'll "attempt re-delivery" on Tuesday. I pointed out that this would not be a re-delivery, since there was no initial attempt made, but the kid I was talking to didn't understand that. I called back an hour later and spoke to someone else, who supposedly got in contact with the driver, and I was told they'd come by "again" at the end of the day. I'll believe it when I see it. It's entirely possible that the driver scanned the wrong box somehow, or went to the wrong address, but if you google "fedex drivers lie about delivery attempts," you'll see that I am far from the only person who has had this experience, so I'm not inclined to give the benefit of the doubt. EDIT: The tracking page was later updated to say the package was delivered at 3:23 pm. Which is, again, not true. I did finally get it, a little after 4. According to the driver, the first message was because he went down the wrong street (townhouse complex, a bunch of parallel streets that all look the same, but ffs, CHECK, this is your job). The second one, since he was on his way and supposedly close, he went ahead and marked it delivered. I suggested that he perhaps not do that in the future. I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 because I did eventually get my package, and on the original scheduled date. Still, if given the option, I'm going to try to avoid FedEx from here on out. read more

FedEX is a horrible company with a complete fail at customer service. Delivery exception for flowers even though similar shipments have been left at this location before without a signature. Only options are delivery the next day by 4:30 - won't work because I won't be at this location tomorrow. Or I can pick the package up after 6:30 tonight at a location that is about 45 min to 1 hour away and Fed Ex won't give me their phone number. So the delivery service can't deliver, and the customer is expected to complete the delivery..... seriously awful customer service!! read more

I want to know who the butthead was that dropped my package in my fenced in yard, secured gate, and 3 dogs in the fenced in area. The dogs ripped apart the package, and the date is, May 10, 2018, some where between 0930am, and 2:30 pm., as I had went out of town, and upon returning, the box, item, and paper work were all over the yard. I want who ever did this , or FedEx, to pay me for the damaged product, and for some type of discipline to occur to this inept driver, as this was avoidable. I had to re order the item, and demand to know the date and time it will be delivered, so this incompetents drive doesn't repeat his screw up. On Sunday, my husband and I paid for 2-Day shipping of his replacement Apple iPhone, which required that we place a $850 hold on our card. No big deal really. We'd have the replacement phone no later than Wednesday, right? Wrong. I was unable to be at home on Wednesday when FedEx delivered so without signature the driver would not leave the phone. Again, no problem. I would just take half a day off of work the following day to be sure I was home to sign for the package. Thursday came and went, but the phone never showed. I checked the tracking and it said "Local Delivery Exception" at 7:16 p.m. Furious, I called to see what this so-called exception was and the first thing I was told was "It's due to inclement weather in Memphis." I told the rep that was impossible because the package was already in Wilmington, NC, as delivery had been attempted the day before, and Memphis' weather had no bearing on the deliverability of my damn package. He then suggested the roads must be bad in North Carolina then. Nope, that's not it either. We had ice and snow on Wednesday that melted completely and the driver had no issues navigating the slushy roads then to leave the notice on my door of delivery attempt. I told him that the FedEx driver was most likely just too lazy to deliver the package considering that the Wilmington FedEx Ship Center closed at 7:00 p.m. and I did not find it coincidental that the delivery exception miraculously occurred just after closing time. So, here it is, 4 days later, and I'm taking yet another half day off to be home when the package is delivered. I'll be asking for a refund on the shipping charge we paid for and I've filed a (useless) complaint against the driver. I do however hope that I am home when the driver appears with the package, because I have a few choice words for him that I would like to share. read more

When delivery driver didn't feel like delivering two days in a row, they just mark a "delivery exception". The only number to call is an international call center number. They apologize a lot and send an email message asking to deliver ASAP, which apparently is ignored far more promptly than their delivery. Terrible service, no accountability. read more

I work from home and do not go out on a daily basis. This day I had business in town and was shocked when I found my shipment setting in my drive way at my garage. Luckily for me I did have business in town that day or the boxes could have stayed in the drive way for days, damaged or stolen. A few more feet and the articles could have been placed on my front porch in a drier and safer place and had they done this and range the door bell they could have been brought in side without delay. This was a $1500 shipment which should not have been left in the drive way. As I was dragging the packages (6 of them) another FedEx truck pulled in bringing another delivery. I stated my concerns he stated he was FedEx Home Delivery and ad nothing to do with his deliver and they placed their deliveries on the customers porch. Actually BOTH shipments were handled by FedEx Home Delivery. He did help me place the heavier packages on my porch. Not local number to issue a concern and after the reviews here would be a waste of time and energy. I have another package suppose to arrive today, hope this person finds my front porch; if not I will keep a watch on my driveway. read more

I am so very disappointed it the service I have received from fedex in then last two days over my shipment which was suppose to be delivered yesterday on the 19th and now will not be delivered to my house in till the 22nd all because whoever I spoke to on the phone 3 days ago informed me that in would not need a signature for the package I was receiving and it turns out I did in fact need a signature. I called fedex yesterday four times trying to get my packaged redelivered 3 times I was hung up on and the last time I spoke with a manager named Jerry who said I was going to be getting a call back from a manager named drew who worked at the wilmington north Carolina location about my pacage getting to me yesterday that is a phone call I never received and on top of that I was under the impression that my package would than be deliver the next morning because the associate said all I had to do was sign the paper the driver left at my home and he would leave it on my porch much to my surprise fedex ground won't delivery on Saturday so I'm stuck without and air conditioner in 100 degree weather because you have employee's that appernety do t know how to do their jobs or I would have had someone at my house waiting to sign for my package. I am furious that no one has yet to call me back and I have to wait two more days past the delivery date to get my package . I will try my hardest to never have to use your shipping service ever again. I can't believe your company will not send out a driver to reliever my package on a Saturday since it was so clearly. FedEx was completely unreliable in getting a package ordered on Dec 4th to me before Christmas. In fact I had the package mailed to my business, of which I received one box of the two box shipment. It was noted in the tracking log on Dec 22 that FedEx tried to deliver the 2nd package and it was now being returned to sender. I called customer service which told me the package was still local and I would receive it on the 23rd. I did not receive it!!!!!!! The customer service person I spoke to did not make the proper notations. I am without 3 gifts because of FedEx. Pissed! read more

Got a call yesterday stated a package would be delivered today before 8 pm and someone has to be home to sign for it. So I sat by the door all day and no delivery I checked the online tracking and it was shown being put on a truck for delivery at 1:44 pm and then back at FedEx at 5:13 pm. Go figure read more
