Scott the owner at Mailbox Store has been extremely helpful in our move from California to North Carolina. Communication is excellent when we have received a package or mail . Once we established a permanent address, Scott has even helped us in our transition to ensure our mail did not end up in no where land. He held our mail until all our contacts could be notified of our new address change. I say this is going beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Scott, we were able to not lose any of our important documents during tax season. We are very grateful for meeting Scott and his services for our Mailbox needs. read more

If you trust this mailbox store with shipping anything remotely important, you are making a HUGE MISTAKE. I went there to ship an important document Friday! I had to be there overnight. I even offered to pay for Saturday delivery. The idiot sent it so F'd up, it won't get there until Thursday! Costing me $$$. Morons run it. Shouldn't be in business read more

I go there all the time. The owner does a great job and takes care of everything. I prefer going to Mailbox over UPS or FedEx.

Horrible Manager! Stole over $150 from a SENIOR CITIZEN to ship a rollator that should have cost around $25-30. Took his credit card info and said he would take care of it. Wanted it shipped as is as it folds up, but he took it all apart. Lost some screws and vital parts so it cannot be used anymore. Filed a complaint with UPS. Return his money or suffer the consequences! THIS IS NOT A UPS STORE! They can charge whatever they want! When I called to complain he hung up on me...real professional behavior! read more

Scott is an amazing person and business owner. We recently went on a road trip from NJ to NC and we needed to ship back sleeping bags and hiking boots from our travels (because we over-packed). He packed our stuff up expertly and got it back safely before we even arrived home! In addition we left a precious package behind at the rental property. When we discovered it and notified him he went and picked it up for us and mailed it back post-haste. It arrived safe and sound today. I can't thank him enough for his extra care and attention to details. Will use again and highly recommend!!!!!! read more

I had to leave the state to help take care of a family member and he's been so kind to check my mail for me and let me know when certain things arrive that I needed and get them to me out of state. I had a pretty bad experience from the start. Brought in two pieces of stained glass art to be shipped because I was flying home from NC. Scott swept in from the back, took my items to the back and came back a couple minutes later with two sealed boxes. I didn't get to see how he packaged them but he assured me it wouldn't break and if it did he would refund me my money...that's how sure he was of his packaging and shipping service. Two boxes arrive, one had somebody else's name on one side of the box and mine on the another, said box was dented, torn and retapped, and you guessed it, my item is broken! I happened to be back in NC a few months after I provided all evidence of the breakage and I stopped in to see if he could refund me and you guessed it, he wouldn't and blamed the delivery carrier. Over a year later and this local businessman has yet to refund me my insurance money. Long story short, go somewhere else for good service and quality products, to include backing your word, which is everything in a small business world! read more

I had 2 signs made which were the same size as 8.5 x 11 inch paper. I had them laminated for a temporary issue. The words were so small they only filled 1/4th of the page. I thought this was a printing business??? read more

Found this store to use internet, computer and printer for boarding passes. It is fairly new in the area and the owner is terrific. He provides a much needed business for the area including the usual shipping Fed Ex and mail boxes for rent. If you need a package delivered and won't be home he can receive them there for your pickup. The owner is personable and his prices are reasonable. read more
