There are a couple of UPS Stores in our town. I usually use the other but today I went into this store on Oleander Drive. I had some baby clothes packaged in a brand new Copy Paper box from Office Depot. I have shipped many times in my own boxes and this one was fine. The clerk however told me she could not ship it unless it was in a 'shipping box'. Although this seemed unusual I was in a hurry and figured the normal shipping on a box this size and weight has been about $40 so I'd just pay them for a box. First she charged me $39 for a BOX! Then she charged me $100 for shipping. I sincerely believe I was taken advantage of and deceived by this store. I will never go back in there and discourage anyone from using this store. The other location is friendly and honest by the Lowe's near Best Buy. read more

Wow this place by far has the nicest ladies working there. I needed some pages laminated and she got it done perfectly! The other one was super friendly as well, and was helping all the others coming in. I wish this was my local ups store, as my two locations aren't that friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking. In addition being extremely kind and friendly, they were super informative about the process and made sure to tell me exactly what I needed to know in order to avoid getting charged further by the Internet Service Provider. This was definitely the nicest UPS store I have ever been in. The staff were so kind to everyone that walked in. The store was huge and I felt like they enjoyed their jobs. I have had bad experiences in UPS stores, too. I think I will go out of my way to go to this one from now on. Staff were just amazing. All I did was drop off a package but yet they were so kind. So the UPS store responds to my 2/10/23 watch shipping nightmare post, and says "oh, send us all the details and we'll look into it", like they were going to be helpful. But then I reminded them that I had already given them all the details and their response was basically "per our policy, you're screwed out of your $400 shipping fee for the watch we sent back to you." first off I want to add that I normally have a good experience at this store. However the black lady in there Marcel was her name. Just a NASTY disposition about her. I went in, had a pretty heavy package (I had neck surgery recently. so, to me, it was heavy). No, "hi". Nothing just a deer in headlights with no warmth at all. It wasn't that she saw me struggling to place it on the counter, it was the "I don't give a fu**, I hate my job" attitude that just threw me off to the point of writing this horrible review, JUST ON HER! I put a claim in for a lost package and after much trouble even placing the claim I was finally told by an employee at this store that UPS agreed to pay the claim. I was told on March 28th via email that the store would send me the check and I should receive it in 14 business days after they ran it through payroll. It's now May and I haven't received the check. I've called multiple times and nobody answers the phone and nobody has responded to my emails. If someone from this store sees this review please call me read more

I went in with a request and a label for a return for an Amazon product. Both employees were unenthusiastic, not helpful, and did not even make an attempt to try to help me. To print out a simple label would have been an easy job for them, but to pay even a penny for their horrible customer service is beyond me. I would rather use a carrier pigeon then use the services at this store again. DO NOT COME HERE under any circumstances if you value your time and money. They have no idea what they are doing and I can guarantee that they will overcharge you and make you jump through numerous hoops to get your money back. I was overcharged because the employee working that night didn't know the difference between ounces and pounds, and when I pointed this out to them and that I was being charged for the wrong weight, I was told that "oh it just shows up like that." I look online to look at my tracking number only to find that I was indeed charged for 15 pounds when my package only weighed 15 ounces. I had to go back to the store and call multiple times before I was able to get a straight answer out of any employee on how I was going to get my money back for the overcharge. It wasn't until the store manager (who also barely knows what he's doing) gave me a customer service number for the area was I able to get my refund. You would be better off just calling the corporate customer service line found on the website and being on hold for 40 minutes then wasting your time with the incompetent people at this store. read more

My favorite location! We have a small business and do a fair amount of shipping and also needed a mailbox so I am there often. EVERY one there is always so nice and helpful EVERY time, but the two I remember that helped me last time I was there were Kyle and Raven. There was a difficult customer there at the same time and they maintained composure and handled it very professionally! Great job guys! read more

Second time I've been here to send out a package and they make it unbelievably easy. This time I walked in with a speaker I needed to return along with the printed return label from Amazon. I wanted to purchase a box and pack it up to send. Matthew quickly measured my speaker & got the right box for me, had me pay for it, and packed it up to be sent after I left. This store is both incompetent and dishonest.(UPS Store #6756) They also charge a hefty premium above the real UPS facility on 23rd Street. I was charged more money and a longer delivery time at this store but they never sent it out so I guess I got lucky. They offer other services, which may or may not be done well, but for shipping, I would avoid this store. read more

I can not praise Glenn enough at this UPS store in Wilmington North Carolina on Oleander. I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one on his behalf. A lady in NC and myself, here in Los Angeles, were trying to work out a delivery and Glenn took care of it every single step of the way and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He was kind, gracious and an absolute professional. These were precise antiques and required special care so I was a bit concerned but Glenn assured me he would take great care of them.
