They requested vaccine records (which is much appreciated) and we're told they would call in a few hours when they were done. 2.5 hours later we got that call and we went to pick him up. He came out in a cute bandana and the fluffiest I have ever seen him. I completely forgot his leash and with out missing a beat they offered to take my dog out to the car for me. He smells amazing, looks amazing, and I beyond happy. Everyone was so sweet and professional. Can't wait to get Kylo back in there!

The place was not clean and looked disorganized. A man opened the door and let me and my two young daughters in. I was a little confused and asked some questions. The man started talking really fast and walking away while talking to me. I could tell he was getting frustrated and he was acting really weird. At this point I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog. The place inside was dark and dirty. I went with my gut feeling, cancelled my appointment and got out of there!

Gentleman who answered couldn't find any appointment under my name. Then insisted I had called some other groomer. Asked for owner twice while talking to this guy. Finally talked to owner who seemed nice enough asked me what kind of dog I had, and was able to find appointment, under someone else's name? I'm like ok we are good to go, I'm a new appointment, no one bothers to tell me about this new procedure for intake of dogs. Arrive 15 minutes early as I didn't know how the traffic would be, The place had cages blocking the doorways with signs on them. I had not brought my distance glasses, couldn't read signs from vehicle and did not want to leave dog in car. Called office, tried to explain situation this same gentleman who answers. He was kinda rude and annoyed I had called. Told me to leave dog in cage and back out of cage and leave. Tried to explain to him that I was new, he said he'd bring out that paper work. He opened he door and stared at me for a minute or two didn't bring out any paper work. I finally got out of my truck and sat down on a chair located outside on porch. He came out again with out paper work and started to order me around like he was some kind of "police officer." He's behavior was absolutely bazaar. I wasn't going to leave my dog until I felt comfortable after this surreal encounter with this organization. Finally this man told me to "hurry up"and put my dog in the kennel, as he had other appointments scheduled. I was still at this point 8 minutes before their official opening time and no one was in the parking lot and he hadn't given me any intake papers. At this point, after this absurd treatment and the lack of customer service skills exhibited by this man, I felt the situation and safely of my dog did not warrant leaving my dog in his care. And I left.

Weedon had a great time and look fabulous after the grooming. So, thank you woof Gang team for such a 5-star service that clearly made a difference as He was so refreshed and happy after the grooming. Taylor Brown was our groomer and she did a fantastic job! The bandana was adorable and my boyfriend was so busy that day with meetings. That I am actually super excited that I was able to provide weedon with some support by driving him to his groomers that day. We will continue to take Weedon to Woof Gang...Thank you all keep up the good treats, I will buy some of the soccer balls for Weedon next time we're there or next time I make it to Barne's and Nobles...simply adorable! It was really a wonderful reminder that we need to make sure Weedon has a more organized grooming schedule based on his coat. Thank you,

I decided to opt for the cremation services through Magnolia when one of my dogs passed away. They…read moreuse a third-party pet funeral company that I forgot the name of but I do remember that they're family owned. If I do remember the name I will update that business but the fact that Magnolia uses them is just wonderful. This is the second time that I've opted to use cremation services through a vet and this second time was a lot better and memorable experience compared to the first pet that I had lost. For around $100 fee, I was able to have my pet cremated and his ashes returned to me. They also sent some keepsakes to remember him by that included some paw prints and nose boops inked on index cards. His ashes were included in a beautiful wooden box. Needless to say I boo-hoo-ed . I felt they just went the extra mile.
