After waiting about 5 hours with no update, I decided to go in person and was told they don't actually send pickup notifications. That part was confusing and could definitely be communicated better. The front staff was friendly and told me I would receive 30% off as a first-time customer, but at checkout they clarified the discount only applied if you spent $30 or more. On my way out, the front staff asked if I got the discount and mentioned I was also supposed to receive a free pre-roll, but neither ended up being offered. Even with the miscommunication, the dispensary itself was very clean, organized, and had a large selection of cannabis products. There was also plenty of parking right in front, which made the visit convenient. Overall, a decent experience with good product options, but customer communication could be improved.

The second I saw him, the anxiety basically packed its bags and left. He has this incredibly welcoming energy that makes you feel comfortable immediately. Somehow, he made a dispensary feel less like a dispensary and more like walking into your favorite neighborhood spot where everybody knows you're there and actually wants to help you. All seriousness, Douglas was fucking amazing at his job. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions, never rushed me, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel easy and fun. Honestly, if customer service were a love language, Douglas would be fluent.

Came in Sunday night just to browse and see what they have for hookahs just to get an idea. Was approached my salesman named Amer and he explained to me the whole process on how you can save money buying a hookah and saving money instead of going to a hookah lounge. Showed me some prices and recommended a iced Khalil Mamoon and I fell in love with it. Great prices great excellent customer service. Not to mention they make their custom hookah flavors. I've been smoking hookah for 10 years and the house tobacco that they have is by far the most amazing and refreshing tobacco I have ever smoked!! I went in last week and AJ gave me a mix called triple blue and its a mixture of blue guava, blue melon, and blue mint, it blew my mind away. They also gave me 20% off on the coconara coals that I wanted and gave me a free sample of the new KM tobacco. Warning: this place (almost) never has vortex and phunnel bowls in stock, and Al Fakher mint is often sold out, Other than that it's great, they have tons of shisha, and Starbuzz 250 grams are about 15$ a tin, which is a better deal than most places. They sell Khalil Mamoons, lots of them. Try not to trip on them when you're walking around the place. This is my go to place for getting things, except for if I need a new bowl. read more
