Went there at 9:30pm and the employee there said the card wasn't there. We should come back tomorrow and see if the other employee knows where the card is. Checked transaction history and it was used twice at a shop next door. Never seen a business that will use a lost card for purchases after letting you know it was left there. I was trying to buy and oil battery and I was by myself trying to look at their display case. However there was a really tall guy behind the counter trying to help a woman and her kid. He then stops his conversation with her, and he steps in front of me, in very close proximity, and he said very aggressively "do you need something?" The tone was very aggressive and pointed. It was weird because I think he assumed I was trying to steal something and I think because I'm not Arab, he suspected I was a theIf. I then asked if there were oil batteries and he said they were out (it was a smoke shop that didn't have batteries that burned oil). I will never go here again. I have to Change my rating. My husband and I went here frequently the younger guy was very nice. We've spent well over $500 in this store. Recently we went and a older gentleman helped us. We had so many tins my husband asked do they take them back. The guy said yes and we'd get $1 for each one. Last week my husband went in with 4 tins to purchase hookah... the same guy said we no longer use these so we won't give you anything for them. They went back and forth but ultimately the guy said no. We spend maybe $100 a month but he refused to give him the $1 for the tins. Not great service. My husband said he'd never go there again. It's the principle behind it. You lost $100 a month over $4 (which we've spent several times over). We only went based on what we were told.... 8/11/17 I have to once again update my review. Once I posted this review the main guy responded to my yelp review from out of the country. He invited my husband and I back to his business the following weekend. Truth is I went back before that weekend, I really love this place. When we went back two guys were there and the apologized genuinely. They called us their family which meant a lot.
