Wow! I walked into this place with birthday money to spend. It was empty except for the person behind the counter having an argument on his phone with a purveyor. I went straight to him because the loose tobacco I wanted is kept behind the counter. I waited a moment for him to hold the call and acknowledge me. Instead, he held his hand up to me motioning me to wait, which I did. I gave him 30 seconds. That's when he motioned again for me to wait. I told him he needs to learn his business and walked out. Neighbor said they had the same experience with the same guy, as well. It's a shame because this used to be a nice shop with friendly, helpful staff. I hope there are new owners soon. Anaheim deserves better! read more

Eh. I mean. I don't know how this place has 5 stars. It's small. I wasn't a huge fan of their selection. The dude was kinda pushy and kept trying to upsell me but I know what I like and I know what I want. I asked for a cheapo little plastic grinder and even though all of them were priced and labeled $2.99 he was like oh that's wrong and it should be $4.99. Which is technically false advertising and he should've just said oh it's cool you can have it for $2.99 whatever. I didn't notice until I got into my car that he put 2 in my bag and charged me for 2. As I was checking out I was asking about the flavor vape law because I just moved here from out of state, which was probably a no-no on my part because he looked at me like I was a narc. I miss the old owners!!! I've been coming here for about 2 years now and have NEVER been treated bad until now. I've already had a few bad experiences with the new people but this one is what pushed me over the edge. I usually come in at night after work but decided to stop by in the morning this time. The older Indian dude was extremely rude to me! I walk in and noticed the prices went up a little bit but wasn't mad about it because I understand inflation but when I commented on it he got so defensive and raised his voice at me! I was just curious jeez. I told him I'm going to go to the car to get the extra 2 dollars and when I came back in he says "you should have told me. It's more than that because tax" they have NEVER taxed me when paying cash before and I literally told him I was going to my car?? The younger Indian guy who works the night shift now didn't tax me?? So I asked "did you guys get new ownership?" And he snapped at me saying "that has nothing to do with it!!" But it definitely has something to do with the way I was treated and he didn't even answer the question! So I said "I'm going to go check their other store. They used to own 2 hopefully they're still there." And he was like "I can give it to you for the cash you have but next time you come in bring the two dollars" I'll bring you your 2 dollars I don't mind that but I'm not happy with how I was treated. read more

This past Sunday, I purchased a Stiiizy battery that did not function properly with a pod. It's possible the store is selling counterfeit batteries, or Stiiizy has updated its design, as my other battery works fine with the same pod. I left the faulty battery with the clerk, who assured me the owner would contact me that same day. However, it has now been three days, and I have yet to receive any response. As a result, I had no choice but to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue. read more

Went and bought a pair of contact lenses as a gift for my sister but she didn't like the color so I went and tried to return it just to switch the color as I had the receipt on me and there was an older Indian guy telling me that he couldn't switch the color because I didn't purchase them with him even with the receipt so to come back and try to switch them when I seen the guy I purchased them with as if know their damn schedule!
