I've been coming here for years and never had a problem until now. I purchased something and was told it would work for 400-1000 uses. "I doubt it, but I'll be glad if i get 200 out of it" I said. Do you know how long it lasted? Less than 20, yes 20, not even 200, or even 50.... Brought it back, explained the situation, his response, " if it works it works, nothing is guaranteed." Told him that he used false advertisement just to make a quick buck off of me. Then he started to point to the no refund sign saying the owner put that up for this exact reason. This guy is such a bs'er. I've never seen any other person working there besides him, I suspect he is the owner and he just said this to take the blame off of him. All i wanted was to be compensated with something of equal or less value, but this guy doesnt care if his products are crap or if his customers are unhappy. So I bought this thing and it's completely useless, waste of money and time. If there is an owner and it's not the guy that's been working there forever then please read this... Your employee is pushing customers away for frivolous reasons, you must talk to him or He will run your business into the ground. I like to support small businesses but this one doesnt deserve my support. He's already lost you a long time customer over something that cost less than 10 bucks.
