OK so we stopped here on a Saturday after biking through Zion, so of course there was a line and a wait. But there are two people working, and most people order handcrafted drinks - so expect a wait if it is busy. We got an iced Valetta, a regular hot brewed coffee and the vegan soft serve vanilla with chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious! The two people working were very friendly. My Valetta was not overly sweet. They have all kinds of milk options, a ton of different drinks to satisfy anyone, including Keto drinks and turmeric "golden milk" type drinks. I really felt compelled to write this review after seeing them so unfairly reviewed for the fact that some employees do no wear a mask. When we were there, one female did not have a mask, and guess what? I thought it was great! Whoever her employer is that does not force her to do something against her free will and trusts employees - HIGH FIVE. Great place and menu. But their handling of covid has been totally flagrant. Feel how you want, but a yoga studio feeds into this place, and no one masks up. I've been here four times in the last month hoping to see a little more concern for public safety, and all I see is lack of care. They offer delivery and curb pickup but if you go inside and see people making your drinks not wearing masks at all, or not wearing masks over their faces properly, then there ya go. The other day there were over 30 people inside the store, I saw three in masks, and everyone was in close proximity. Not a good way to handle this. I don't feel safe in this business because this behavior shows they don't care about me. I've left every time without ordering and am officially throwing in the towel now. Didn't want to have to write this, but I really want to see this business show more concern for public safety. read more

Unfortunately I had a less than expected experience. I had been here prior and enjoyed it so I decided to return while in town, and while I had great service from the individual that took my order, it ended there. It took 30 minutes to get my tea I had ordered and I watched as it got passed off for the barista to make other drinks and also passed it off to another barista who proceeded to do other cleaning tasks while my drink order sat unattended.
