Toothpick Removal!!! My Experience from start to finish was nothing less than amazing! I called the office and left a message about having a toothpick stuck in the arch/heel of my foot. I explained that I didn't have medical insurance and was willing to pay out of pocket. (Most Podiatrist in folsom weren't taking cash pay clients) within 2 hours I recieved a call back and apt for the next day. Dr. Sucheski was very kind and extremely reassuring, he talked me through the process and he numbed my foot so it was painless. He was able to locate the broken toothpick deep inside my foot and remove within a few minutes. I was EXTREMELY excited about the reasonable cost of the visit, he saved me hundreds! I went to Feet First the other day and what a excellent experience I had. The woman at the front desk was quick to help me with my new insurance plan. And very friendly. She got me in shortly. And when I met the doctor "Victor" what a nice and knowledgeable man. I was comfortable right away. He went over all the best procedures for my feet while working on my feet. Dr. Sucheski was wonderful today! I was able to get a quick appointment to see him to take care of a badly ingrown big toe nail. I'm horribly squeamish, and am TERRIFIED of needles, so he was super sensitive and helped calm my fears. He did a marvelous job...I didn't feel the needle, nor the actual procedure and didn't even pass out (yes, I'm that queasy!) Loved Dr. Sucheski and Mary Lou. They are kind and firm. I made a purchase for custom orthotics and said something with a prodomniately negative attitude and then apologized and was brought up positively as a collective. Then my order never came and they avoided my calls. So I graciously showed them kindness while addressing the order problem and they just gave me full negativity. Closing remarks would be to not hold onto a grudge and let it manifest into worse while avoiding calls and the issue entirely. Much better to extend more grace then to hold a grudge. My father, Tom, passed away 2 months ago. Still, I need to advise everyone how good a job Dr Sucheski did when my father needed podiatry work, last July. Not only did he keep my father comfortable, and get the job done.....he was very flexible on adjusting the appointment date, as my father had to go to the emergency room. I am soooooooo relieved and happy with a podiatrist I found in placerville! I had been suffering from an extremely painful ingrown toenail for a very long time. I finally was forced to go to a podiatrist for help. I say forced because I had been dreading the pain I was sure any procedure would cause. Went to Dr. Sucheski for treatment of an ingrown toe nail. Note: I had been putting this off due too very unpleasant (painful) past experiences with two "other" Doctors. Needless to say ,My toe was in need of attention and I was about as nervous as one could be. Dr Sucheski assured me he possessed the golden touch and All would be well and I would not feel a thing. End result: Dr. Does indeed have the touch. His great table side manner kept me calm and even got me to chatting during the procedure. Did I feel anything? Hardly! I went to Dr. Sucheski today for an ingrown toenail. I had one other experience with having to go to a doctor for this same reason ten month ago while on vacation in Tennessee. That experience was okay, but Dr. Sucheski did a much better job. The shots were less painful, he was much quicker than the other doctor, and did a better. He and the lady at the front desk (I am very sorry I don't remember her name at the moment) were very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't get there quite by the time of their last appointment, but they waited and took us about 15 minutes later. If I have this problem again, I will definitely go back to see Dr. Sucheski. read more

My experience with Dr. Sucheski was pleasant "BUT" he has failed to provide the service he promised. I first visited Dr. Sucheski May 29th 2015. Dr. Sucheski took a casting of my feet on that day to provide custom orthopedics which were to take 3-4 weeks to be ordered & delivered. Near July 1st I call his office looking for an ETA. At that time Dr. Sucheski answered the phone & stated he would have to contact the company to find out. I never heard anything back. I then called his office asking for a status update on on mid July asking for a status update. No call was returned. I called once a week for 3 weeks asking the same question. I never received a call back. I started calling twice a week after that no, call back! Finally I went to his office very unhappy & met with Dr. Sucheski. He Apologized gave me a story or two about having personal issues. I suggest maybe his staff could call the custom orthopedics company for a status instead of him. He told me this was just an unusual incident & it has never been an issue before He stated would take care of it. To this date: September 29th, I have never received the custom orthopedics or a return phone call Dr. Sucheski. Due to this unprofessional behavior I cannot recommend Dr. Sucheski. Take your orthopedic needs to another physician who actually returns calls or is responsive to their patients. read more

Podiatrist - My wife had a piece of glass embedded in the sole of her foot. We originally went to Rapid Care, and the doctor tried to remove it, but couldn't find it. We made an appointment to see Doctor Sucheski whose business is called Feet First. The doctor was working late just before Christmas in order to take care of patients who showed up late with their problems to be cared for before the weekend. The man is methodical, pleasant, and diligent with his patients. I observed this while waiting for him to see my wife. When we got in to see him, he was pleasant and talked to us while he performed minor surgery on her foot. A few minutes later the piece was removed and the foot bandaged. I paid cash on my way out and was surprised at how inexpensive the bill was. I told him and his wife as much (his wife is the receptionist), and they told me they wanted to help people, not break people. I will be going back to them this week for my own foot problem this time. read more
