We paid him $17,000 which was over half the estimated job to build a master bathroom in upstairs bedroom. First went ok, the plumber came and ran some pipes from the crawl space to the second floor. after that week thinks just stopped. Mike said framers would be there but never showed and when we texted him he said something came up and they had to do something else. this went on for weeks. He then claims he paid them and they never showed. 4 weeks have now went by and mold had grown on the lumber he had delivered and placed in our upstairs bedroom. my wife is very allergic to mold and carries a Epinephrine pen so she can no longer go upstairs were the lumber is sitting. we have to live in our downstairs bedroom. Mike tells us that he can't get anyone so he will come and do it. he brags about how hard of a worker he is and he will show up at 9am sharp and put in the work of 2 men. the day comes and he is 3 hours late. I start texting him asking when will he be here because my wife has to leave and I have meeting and need to know when he will arrive so I can leave the meeting to let him in. He sends me a unprofessional text. you can see the attached image. Shows up hours late put in 6 hours of work then leaves. He doesn't do anything to address the mold on the lumber. Puts the lumber over the floor joists and covers it with plywood. I text him a questions about the work he did. He responds the next day with a text telling use to stop being nosy and let him do his job. Very unprofessional. Out of desperation we have him sign a contract to dissolve the original contract and he gets the wood out of the house but he also agrees to pay us $2,000 of the original $17,000 back. We gave him over a month to pay this back I even suggested he could do payments but he said paying the lump sum was fine. The month passed, he says he doesn't have it and then says to sue him and he would enjoy every minute of it. So instead I said if you don't have the money then you are to poor to sue so I will just write a review of your company and in my opinion very unprofessional behavior. he then begins cussing me and threatening me that he has some dirt on my from a previous city. which is absolutely laughable. I also started recording our phone conversations so if he disputes it I will post the audio files to prove what when on. Oh and now he has a different company name on his truck that says "Mike's General Contracting".

His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!

I contracted for repairs to a plaster wall. I was promised properly applied plaster patching…read morematerials and would have a "paint ready" wall when he was finished. The patch was lumpy, had several spalled areas and the edges were very rough and uneven. It has taken two painters two days to sand down the lumpy, bumpy patch, properly skim coat the surface and produce a "paint ready" wall. Mr. Frazier did not provide the service he promised.
