We were first-time home buyers, and as such, had questions to fully understand the (loads!) of paperwork and the process. Sure she is knowledgeable, but isn't interested in making the client feel comfortable throughout the process - she more so just wants to get the job done. Its a quick, easy buck for her. Just shows that this is not a law firm that has any interest in helping humans or being human in their interactions. Yes everyone is busy... that's no excuse to be rude to people just because they aren't profitable or a cash cow to you.
