As you can imagine, hunting down a surgeon you trust to do a revision rhinoplasty is not mentally or financially easy. After a few sessions/appointments with this office, I can confidently say after my last visit that I am no longer interested in returning. On top of that, some of the procedures are much more expensive here than other locations. I am keeping this review somewhat vague and summarized to avoid making it too many paragraphs. Overall, I cannot label this facility as unprofessional, but what I can say is there was a consistent feeling of uncomfortable energy when I came by for appointments. It began to feel like I was bothering Dr Pontell when I would make comments or ask questions in person. This is definitely not the vibe I want from someone potentially doing an expensive surgery on my face.

Of course, I did my homework--Googled him, read reviews, and even asked my primary doctor, who told me his wife had been a patient. At my first appointment, Dr. Z sat with my husband and me and walked us through everything: the reconstruction process, the surgical options, and every question I could think of. His calm, thorough approach immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with him and knew I was going to be in good hands. Because I'd had radiation on my left breast 10 years earlier, he explained that a latissimus muscle flap would be needed to support an implant. Wanting the best symmetry possible, we chose to do bilateral latissimus flaps. Through every step--pre-ops, surgeries, recovery--Dr. Z, his surgical nurse Christy, and the entire staff were compassionate, attentive, and truly wonderful. On the day of his appointment, we were seen promptly and given the utmost respect. Throughout my husband's Mohs surgery, I was kept apprised of the progress of his procedure. As the treated area on his forehead heals, the scar is barely visible. Prior to my husband's appointment, I read about Dr. Perlis's stellar medical training, but I was unaware of his equally exceptional caring attitude. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Perlis to anyone requiring a board-certified dermatologist also trained in Mohs surgery.

After a 40-lb weight loss in about nine months, my face started to show wrinkles and dryness I'd not seen before. I took a chance going to Legacy for this rather intimidating procedure and I am thrilled with the results, and the way I was treated and cared for during the process. Their office is easy to reach and park, with a spacious and attractive reception area. I first went for a consult (free) to explore options. Everything was on the table, from a better moisturizer to a face lift. I knew nothing. The lovely esthetician Cammy advised a Laser Cool Peel treatment as a first step. She explained everything clearly and patiently, from what to expect during the treatment, to healing process, after-care protocol, and price. I scheduled the procedure for two weeks out. On treatment day everything went as explained. We took "before" pictures, then my face was numbed for about 30 minutes with a topical gel, then the laser procedure took less than 15 minutes. I was sent home with sample sized healing serums, balm and sunscreen. That night I experienced the expected "sunburn" type redness and with the serum and balm it was virtually pain-free. The next day most of the redness was gone and I was just left to wait for the stages of healing and peeling. I had no unpleasant side effects at all. One week post-procedure I went for a quick follow up and advice for skin care maintenance products. Cammy sent me home again with some more samples to try before I invest the several hundred dollars some of these creams cost. I rarely take the time to write reviews but this provider is very good and delivered as advertised. I am very happy with my experience at Legacy Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics in Exton PA.

Other than my original consult, which was covered by insurance and my co-pay, I never went back (read my first review as to why). Then I get this message out of nowhere about making payments. So, I called - was put on hold for several minutes, and hung up on. My next call was to my attorney. Medical debt in PA expires after 4 years so even if there were a balance (which there isn't) they wouldn't be entitled to it. SO BIZARRE. So I sent them an email. And got the attached in response. Then a follow-up email to my emails telling them to contact my attorney if they feel I owe them a debt. They responded and apologized for the confusion, explained the email was that they are basically passing their costs for accepting a credit card onto the patient (disguised as a cash discount which is an OLD and unethical practice), but not for hanging up on me. This place is sketchy from start to finish. Find somewhere else.

He tried a course of antibiotics, then tested to see if the infection was still there, ordered a Cat Scan, and then highly recommended surgery to drain my sinus.
