First, the salesman gave us a brochure talking about how careful they are when handling old windows, as there is a danger of lead paint. Just charged up and hammered the window out from the outside, which left debris all over the inside of the house I called Feldco immediately complaining, and asking him to stop and send someone else. The person on the phone only cared about one thing - getting the project done right then and there so they could charge me for it. They had a great old time giving me lies over the phone and convincing me the cleaning would be taken care of - they even sent out someone for a different project to say everything will be totally fine etc. I gave the go ahead to finish the project and when I called them asking about the cleanup that was promised by the person on the telephone and the person who came to the house - they literally laughed at me and said they don't do such a thing. This was actually hilarious to them. The windows are bad quality. One window grows frost in the winter, and another is near impossible to open or close - but I will never call this atrocious lying scamming company again. I met with Renee and immediately knew I had the right sales rep. Her knowledge, professionalism and her no pressure approach to my appointment left me with a lot to digest and she gave me lots of time to make my decision. Our second appointment confirmed my gut feeling that I really liked Renee as we double checked the windows and colors that I had initially picked out. Renee's background in design and knowledge of all the windows and doors, helped me make choices with ease. Renee's friendly personality and honesty were refreshing. I asked many questions along the way and Renee offered information that was relevant and left me happy with my final choices. The night prior to the installation, I received a text from Vladimir regarding his time of arrival and gave me a window of 10 minutes. Yep, he and his team arrived in that window and started the job. The first thing they did was to cover every single item in my house with plastic, from the carpet to the tops of my cabinets. Vladimir walked me through how the day was going to go so there would be no surprises. The crew was all business ALL day long. I don't think anyone took a lunch break. They were like a well oiled machine, each person (6 people in all) had a specific job and they worked together to get the old windows and doors out in order to get the new ones installed, to help get the house closed up quickly. Trying to contact someone here to order the stuff to do it myself is not possible. Customer service cannot help and their own phone system keeps sending me to the wrong place. They have a "showroom" in Lockport, all they can do is tell me to call, but the numbers I was given are wrong. I finally got a number for "service and warranty" and it does nothing but put you on hold for 10 minutes and then tell you to leave a message. Nobody will ever call you back. Filling out the worthless service firm on the website gets no response. All this faceless corporation cares about is selling new windows and getting your money. After that, they wash their hands and couldn't care less. If I could afford new windows I'd replace what I have just so I could deal with someone other than these people.

She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade.
