The best flower shop I've ever been to. Nara curated the nicest bouquet for me for Mother's Day. I had a very specific vision and color scheme I wanted to stick to and she nailed it; even better what I had originally thought of. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend Royal Orchid.
Amazing delivery service. Nara and I spoke on the phone as I was suppose to receive flowers from my husband but I was not home. She was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Totally worth to order from here.
I have been ordering flowers from Royal Orchid Flowers for years. Nara is my contact person. She has always done an amazing job on the arrangements. All pieces have always been absolutely gorgeous! For my milestone birthday party, I wanted something different. Instead of doing flowers for the centerpiece, I wanted an actual arrangements that was my theme: A masquerade! (I have a few pictures to show, but they looked ever better in person.) I said I wanted feathers, mask, and a martini glass... I got it all. I highly recommend this flower shop for any occasion. Again, not just flowers, she has more! You tell her your likes, she will give you the works!
Needed last minute flowers, a friend suggested this place and I wasn't disappointed. They had a perfect bouquet for me! Fresh and beautiful roses for my best friend's bday! Will definitely reccomend this flower shop, for sure the best one in the area. Will be coming back
UPDATE: Artur from Royal Orchids got in contact with me over email and explained the situation. The family was out of town for a family emergency and contacted their e-commerce provider, Bloom Nation, that they would be gone and orders should be halted. Bloom didn't pull through and I went through what I had to go through. Artur apologized profusely and processed a refund immediately. I'm changing this review to five stars for the prompt response - thank you guys! ORIGINAL: Unbelievably upset. Here's a timeline of events: I checked around on Yelp for florists open on Sunday morning at 9AM - Royal Orchid shows up. I send in an order on their website, goes through fine, zero indication anything is wrong. I show up to the storefront at 10AM - a full hour after they're supposedly open. There's signage on the storefront with the store hours - confirming the exact same hours I saw on Yelp, with Sunday being open at 9AM. Here's the kicker - the sliding metal gate behind the store's glass display that's closed after hours? All the way shut. Not a light on inside, not a person to see. I'm a little panicky at this point but I figure "okay, I can probably sort this out by calling them." Right? Wrong. First call, straight to voicemail. Proceed to try to call another five times, same result. A recap: the store hours listed are blatantly wrong on two fronts, the website has no safeguards keeping you from placing orders on days the store is closed, the phone number leads to nothing, and I'm out of nearly $60. Looking forward to filing a chargeback with my card provider for this. Would give the experience 0/5 if I could.

I went to her for my wedding with a really low budget and she went above and beyond to please me and give me extra then what I even paid for. Especially when I wedding got closer and closer I was adding last minute flowers she told me not to stress she will do everything perfect for me. She was on time with everything when I wanted it and had flowers delivered at the reception on time and set up so beautiful. I love Nara the moment I walked into her shop and meet her she treated me with so much love and respect. For the hater that gave her a negative comment saying she didn't treat you far because your not Armenian your just a jealous hater because I'm American and I felt she treated me just the same or better then her usual clients. That's how sweet and beautiful she is. Thank you Nara you were my angel

One of the unique places of all. I love ordering from this shop. They help you to choose with your test and try to keep up with a budget. Florist is very kind and sweet lady , love her soo much as well the everyone who are in the group. They make beautiful arrangement just what you want and all fresh flowers. Okay, heres the deal...i was torn between 3 and 4 stars but i went with 4 and heres the story. As i write this review Monday morning, they are 95% dead and its time to trash them. I needed some flowers because it was mine and my wifes 10 year wedding anniversary this past Thursday. I didnt wanna go to Conroys or some basic everyday florist so i took to Yelp to see ratings on flower shops in my area. I stumbled upon this florist and decided to go because of all the 5 star reviews. I walked in and saw they had some really pretty arrangements. I worked with the lady there (whos name i never got) and she was super nice. I told her what i kinda wanted, the price i wanted to pay and she told me she would make a beautiful arrangement and asked if i could come back in a bit and she would have it done. I came back like 1 hour later and she had it all ready and it looked really beautiful. She even gave me a few chocolates because it was my anniversary which was very nice of her. I was happy and my wife loved the arrangement, and she told me the flowers should last about 10 days depending on where they are considering the heat and everything. My wife brought them home (cause i gave them to her at work) and friday night (i gave them to my wife the day before at about noon) she noticed the lillies were wilting and the necks of the rose stems were drooping. My wife asked me to go back to the florist and mention it but since it was like 8 o'clock i told her id go the next day (Saturday). So i went to the florist the next say (Saturday) around 5 p.m. and told the same lady the problem and she apologized and suggested i put fresh cold water in, cut the stems at an angle and put a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in the water and even gave me 4 brand new fresh lillies to compensate for the issue. I immediately went home and did everything she said. She was very nice and apologetic. The next day (Sunday) everything was pratically dead so i took all the dead ones out and moved them in a bigger vase and did the water/sugar trick again. Im writing this on a Monday and i guess its time to send them in to the trash can. Now i remember why i really hate buying my wife flowers because they are a waste of money and never last. The lady at the location was very nice and friendly and thats why i gave 4 stars, but im extremely disappointed in the fact i paid alot of money and they barely lasted 24 hours. I know flowers die but when i have gotten roses for my wife, they at least last 4-5 days, these started dying within 24 hours. Is it possible to get a bad batch of flowers? Will i return here? Yeah probably, because of the wonderful customer service. Ive even enclosed a couple pics. read more

Ok... Before I go into why this place deserves 5 stars... We can all agree that there are very few florists that you will come across that create what you pay for... I've tried the online ordering and have tried many other locals but nothing has compared to the quality of work from this place. They are conveniently located in a shopping center and thankfully I always find parking. If you're ordering something you can also just call in an order and they will deliver. I've ordered from here for several different occasions such as birthdays, welcome baby, event centerpieces, as well as for funeral service arrangements- they never fail to satisfy. Not to forget their gorgeous chocolates that are covered in a variety of fine papers and designs! I highly recommend Royal Orchids for your next event or celebration. The owners are very sweet and ensure you get what you're looking for. Best of all even if you leave it to them- their taste in design is exceptional! read more
