I asked for a small bouquet for my engagement photoshoot and I showed their staff a mood board with inspo pictures. They let me know the order would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. Used this florist a bunch of times. Started out really good and the last few times became less and less for the same prices. No customer loyalty. Kind of shocked. I spent so much money sending countless arrangements to people over the year and the last few were embarrassing ! Spending over $200 on bouquets to be embarrassed. Sadly when I brought to their attention, instead of making it right they stuck to what they did. I was screwed by them one too many times. Handled it in a very low class way. Purple mood recently changed their locations from Glendale to Sherman oaks, which is actually out of my way distance-wise (sadly), but decided to go anyways because I know that I can rely on them when it comes to quality flowers and arrangements! Their quality is always solid, and you definitely feel like you are getting what you paid for compared to other florists! I honestly think they are one of the bests! Came across this flower shop as I needed someplace I could pick up after 6pm and Purple Mood was one of the only places open late. They were very friendly on the phone, gave them a budget of what I wanted to spend & was blown away when I picked the 2 bouquets up. My childhood best friend was celebrating a milestone birthday and unfortunately, I was unable to be in town for the festivities. As plant and flower lover (both of us really) I looked around for a local shop that could deliver an arrangement fit for the queen she is. The only thing I'd comment on is that a few of the peonies had dry petals. I would have liked to see the peonies in a fresher state since they are my favorite flowers. Their selection isn't enormous, but the flowers they have in stock are all lovely and fresh, and the folks there know how to design them into impressive arrangements. The gal who helped me -- Mane -- was friendly and accommodating, chatting nicely as she built my wife's bouquet from pink roses and yellow tulips. I was surprised by how large the arrangement was for the price ($70 for what you'll see in the photo), and the entire experience was quick, easy and perfect. I'll surely be going back here in the future, as I really like to support family businesses. This one has been around for 20 years, and given the service and value it's easy to see why.

I wanted the bridal bouquet to be inspired by my mother's orchid bouquet many years ago, and they exceeded my expectations, so much so that when I saw the bridal bouquet it brought tears to my eyes. I'm pretty disappointed…read more I placed an order for my aunt for some flowers and the lady was accommodating but doesn't speak English and uses what seems a third party site for her accounting. So when I placed an order for $140 bouquet it charged me 6 times and I told her this the day prior. She said she didn't see my order on her system and that I didn't have a confirmation number. Well, the next day I came to pick up the flowers because we said we could solve in person. Instead of canceling the additional charges she said to pay for the one in the system and I just simply gave up and said no. Now my aunt is without birthday flowers and I had a disappointing experience with this lady.

The first one is absolutely breathtaking. so lush and elegant, with vibrant purples, deep pinks, soft blush roses, and those dreamy blue hydrangeas that pull everything together perfectly. It felt SO grand and SO full of love, exactly what I wanted to express. And then the basket arrangement. wow, just wow. It's cheerful, bright, and full of life with the yellow roses, tulips, and pops of white and green. I feel like it just radiates joy.
