I was nervous to have someone come and do cleaning at first only out of my own embarrassment of how the house looked, but the whole point of having someone come in to clean is to make you love your home more. I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did to find For The Love of Clean! I met with Vanessa and Chasity and felt immediately comfortable with both of them. I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. We cannot wait to have them help out with organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Now we look forward to coming home and LOVE OUR CLEAN AND ORGANIZED HOME!! We have set up a monthly cleaning, but what really blew us away was the organizing. They help us to find things that will work in our space to help us organize things. We love they are comfortable taking the reins and helping us to use our space more wisely. They are also very pet friendly and are such warm and lovely people!! We were looking at the fish and noticed that half of them were dead still in the cups or the tanks. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope that my phone call to corporate can resolve the issues with the store.

To the point that we were going to send her back to breeder. Everyday it was something new. I never had a dog so hard to fit in. She dug holes I should say caves. Chewed everything was jumping up to meet people and had uncontrollable bad habits. 2 hours with Pam and we have a reformed dog. I had to leave and I had to get the cake from publix and now my kid is cranky for her photos. The third shoot was for Christmas pics and on three occasions she said she had to get going, she had another shoot. My 2 year old being cranky wasn't working well for her and she wasn't in the mood. Mind you she did nothing to help get my child to smile. I was running around doing all the work. she didn't provide me with my photos until the day before Christmas Eve so I was unable to send out Christmas cards. She overbooked herself and was too overwhelmed. Me and several others suffered because she was selfish and kept booking photo shoots knowing she couldn't deliver in time. Lastly, I had booked my daughter's 2nd birthday photo shoot. Before the session I asked if I would have the photos in time for her birthday and she said no. I told her I understand and asked for her to please refund me the deposit. I have screenshots of the conversation stating from her that she would give me my money back. she also said she was in to deep and couldn't believe she over booked so much. now she is ignoring me and won't give me my money back. It's just bad business. I hope this doesn't happen to others but I bet it has. Many of my friends and family will now no longer be using her after what she has done. Crystal, it's the principle. Please follow through on what you said. I want my money back. I do not recommend.

I know there are several folks involved with the business, but I've dealt mostly with Shawn and he has been exceedingly helpful and provided top-notch advice and suggestions while setting up my first mixed reef tank. They have a great selection of corals (and fish and other inverts) and their stock gets getting better and more diverse weekly. I especially like the fact that Shawn has extensive experience working at some really big name places over in Orlando and brings that experience to a more local setting that caters to folks just like me as well as other much more experienced reefers. have bought livestock from the big name places that all of us have heard of on the Internet in Orlando and I can say without pause that the corals and inverts Shawn has sold me were as good or even much better as far as quality, size, and cleanliness. The price was better in every case and many times the size of the frag might even be 2-3X larger... pretty easy decision to buy local from a dealer I trust where I not only get to pick the item out personally, but it's also not shipped to me so it doesn't get stressed during shipment. If you call ahead checking on availability, pricing, etc The reception desk will inevitably think it's something else. Pricing is clearly labeled on screens above the reception desk. Overnights and daycare are intermingled on 2 screens. No cash, just credit cards, be there by noon or there's a surcharge. Snarky receptionist quipped "just like in a hotel". My dogs were hesitant to go with them. My one was pushed through gate by employee because she wasn't wanting to go in. Three times, in as many months, one dog had issues after pickup. Next day vet visit. Diagnosis was pinched nerve in neck, which caused back legs to go weak. Nursed back to health & two weeks later back to Woof. He developed kennel cough. Another vet visit. Was told he could not return for 10 days. Third & last time - upon pick up he was down in hips. Could barely walk. Itching & broke out on mouth & under legs. So sad. Vet treated again, & thank G, he's healthy now. After a year or more as client, I will not return. Such a drastic change. Employees attitudes have even been bad. No more pleasantries; one even turned me away because she failed to enter my appointment. I was paying $200 a month for playcare. On top of this, over $600 in vet bills in three month period. My dogs have been home while I research other facilities, & cannot be happier, or healthier!
