We were having a problem with our irrigation. It was weekend and we were not able to find anyone. We contacted few and they were charging whatever they felt like. Imagine a house with no water and 8 month pregnant lady, that was our situation. Thats when Luis came to the rescue, I contacted 3 - 4 services on yelp and he was the only one who answered. It was late in the night and he kept guiding me throughout on the messages. He wasn't well and was not in the city, yet he answered patiently to all my questions. I can assure you he is there to help you no matter what. Finally when we were not able to figure out and nothing could be done he suggested a friend who could come in the morning and help us.
