Molina's work was never done on time or even close to the expectations we had an understanding of to start with. We waited 6 plus months after he said it would be done and his work was so bad we had to hire someone else to fix it. He used equipment from one job to the next so if he changes you for a bobcat (full price) he has used it at serval jobs that day. Which means he will likely show up at sundown to get work done after promising to be there early. He finally to install our grass at 10PM with his family members and he chose the cheapest grass you can buy(which is not a what we paid for). Rather than hauling out the old rock that WE PAID him to remove we later learned he packed it down and just added new materials over the top. We had over 16 leaks in the first year because he will use the basic materials you can get. Our LED lights that we paid well over a grand for weren't installed after our landscaping was completed. He "forgot" to install them and when we remind him, he installed them like an absolute jack wagon! See photos. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this guy. He has zero professionalism, you have your hand hold him the entire way and micromanage him to get your job done. We hired Guillermo Molina on the recommendation of a coworker/friend of mine. Guillermo gave me a quote for a complete package of landscaping and the quote seemed reasonable so we decided to hire him. That was a HUGE mistake. He told us the work would be done in 8 weeks. By the time he actually said the job was done it was over 6 months. He offered to install lights "for free" as a bonus. I had to call him and remind him he had not installed the lights as he told me initially. Unfortunately I recommended him to a buddy of mine for landscaping and a built in grill installation for his backyard. They still regret using him for their house too. The quality of work was very poor and they also had to continually get on him about finishing their house. I think he initially had good intentions, but as time goes on and he takes other jobs he starts to neglect his current customers. I have paid a lot money since his installation for other landscapers to replace the leaking poor workmanship he did at our house. He eventually quit answering my calls and never came back to properly finish the job he started. Now there are three of us who will never use Molina landscaping or recommend him for anything. read more

Guillermo was a great find! I contacted him about trimming 3 very tall palm trees, he got back to me quickly about price range and availability and was very willing to coordinate with my schedule. Even though he and Javier were late (they let me know before hand), they were very kind, respectful of anything in my yard that may have gotten in the way of the falling fronds, and very speedy! All three trees were trimmed, and clean up was done in under an hour. Guillermo then spent time with me explaining what else he could help with in my yard (general maintenance tips and suggestions on how many times a year all of the bushes, shrubs, and trees in my yards should be trimmed down) as well as what range he would charge for those services.
