He seemed to always be focused on added stuff like irrigation repairs . I finally decided to replace entire irrigation at one property . His original quote was 1k more than a bonded , licensed irrigation contractor . I went with the licensed company and he subsequently told me that he wouldn't adjust the irrigation times if plants were getting too much or too little water as he didn't install it .
