This came at a time where I needed major dental work as I was losing my four front teeth. My dentist recommended Dr Scott Danoff who went to same top dental school. Needless to say, I was extremely hesitant and extremely unhappy about changing dentists. My first visit went well. The office was new, modern, clean; the front office personnel very pleasant. Dr Danoff took his time in hearing my history and proceeded to examine me. He discussed in detail, the options I had in a warm and professional manner and informed me what the procedures would cost. He sent me home to think things over and was responsive to my calling with questions. Once a decision was made as to how I choose to proceed, we made another appointment to start taking action. Again, most happy with his chair-side manner. I also spent some time with his financial person who gave me all the time I needed to clarify costs. The big day was just this past Thursday. I don't think a more sad and nervous patient ever walked into his office. His dental assistant was lovely and tried to reassure me that everything would be okay, but it was really falling on deaf ears. Dr. Danoff explained what I was going to feel and hear in preparation for the removal of my four front teeth. He gave me a few shots (done really well) and I requested some "gas". I put some Guns and Roses on my headphones and before I knew it he told me my teeth were "out". I laughed, not believing him. "No way ", I said. He insisted so I believed him. He stitched me up (still not feeling a thing) and worked with me and my bridge until I was comfortable and he was happy with the bite. Within an hour I was home and by evening time was feeling pretty darn good considering I had four teeth pulled that day. I spoke with Dr Danoff that evening, followed his post procedure instructions and here I am less than 48 hours later, doing really great! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Scott Danoff. I trusted him with my four front teeth and he did not disappoint in any way. After 20 years I have a dentist nearby and I could not have been referred to a better one! 5 stars.

My family didn't place dad there blindly, it was by choice, after weighing all the options. We have a family member who is a long term resident there currently as well as a long time family friend who is there too. They love the care they receive and the staffers they receive it from. Their recommendations were well received. From the moment I entered the front door and was greeted by the front desk attendant Lana, I knew dad was in a great, loving, caring and Holy place. I went up to dad's floor, was greeted by every staff member I passed. Not just on my first visit, but every visit. No matter how busy they were, every single person said hello. As time went on, those greetings were by name. It truly felt like dad was being cared for by loving family. My visits only lasted a week or so as I live about 700 miles away, but my experience and my opinions of my dad's treatment are fact based. He could not have received better care anywhere else. The facility was spotless, well maintained and the staff all love why they do. It takes a special kind of person to do this work. Ozanam is blessed with the best. Ozanam is even updating the rooms one floor at a time. It's nice to see the investment back into the facilities. The office staff was extremely helpful, kind and very communicative. They assisted in every way possible, making the daunting logistics of dealing with the insurance companies a less daunting part of the experience. I could not ask for better! I'd like to name everyone I met there who cared for me dad and assisted my family throughout, but I would have to name every person in the public eye as well as everyone behind the scenes there. By God's plan, my dad, Donald B. declined due to advancing medical conditions. He received great personal care and was treated with dignity up to and beyond when he took his final breath.
