We had first stopped at another orthotics shoe store that didn't carry any rockers. My son then remembered Eneslow, where my niece had previously purchased her shoes and was extremely happy with them. She actually wore her new pair when we went back, which says it all! When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Raul again. He had helped my niece before, and once again he was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He really knows his products and immediately understood the type of rocker shoe I was looking for. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the choices. Raul was just as attentive and helpful with my niece as well, which we truly appreciated. To make the day even more special, my son surprised me by buying two pairs for Valentine's Day. It was truly such a thoughtful Valentine's surprise and very much needed! I absolutely love my shoes. He is efficient, fast and has a great personality. I just went again to see him for an ingrown toenail. I was terrified...but in literally 15 minutes - I was walking out of there as if nothing happened. I took off the bandage 24 hours later and it looks as if nothing happened to my toe. Stephanie is also wonderful as well as the ladies at the front desk. I honestly would not go anywhere else and recommend him every chance I get to my friends and family.

Believe it or not Dr. Greiff made a home visit to remove an in-grown toe nail and some painful bunions on my good foot. Wow! Subsequently made Dr. Greiff my podiatrist because of this "mitzvah" and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor! His office staff - very efficient and polite. Very little waiting time before the exam. Great Neck location is very clean and convient with valet parking for a buck - pleasent attendant. PS Dr. Greiff has a great sense of humor.

He put Onyfix on my big toe and since then no pain. He is now currently treating me for plantar faciaitis he put a brace on my arch in the middle of foot and so far little to no pain. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit. I was freaking out. We tried getting it out with a tweezer, my husband failed and so did my mother in law. We pulled over and ran into this pharmacy and the worker (I wish I remembered his name) saved the day!!! We were close to ruining our travel plans (to a wedding) to possibly have to go to the ER to get this taken out. This guy was magical and got it out within like a minute. It was deep in there too. My mother in law was so happy and I cried and my husband was happy to not have to take a detour to the Emergency room. Thank you thank you thank you. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Nicest ever.

Also, they are usually booked, so that says a lot without saying much. I was able to secure a time slot but keep in mind there are limited offerings for first time patients, due to the demand. Also, there is not just one doctor on the premises, so keep in mind. Service is friendly and overall practice is tidy and clean. The most important is really whether these specialists know their stuff, and that's an important judgment that each patron would have to make on their own. For me, it was awesome that xray machines and other equipment are at their location, easily accessible. Definitely 5 stars~

I went to Dr Kim's foot clinic a few days ago because I had a pain in my foot. I was waiting almost two hours past my appointment time and no explanation or apology was given from them. Instead myself and other patients were given a warning. Dr Kim said to the patients "everyone should be ready to wait a few hours to meet me". Dr Kim said the appointment doesn't mean anything. The doctor himself said that I am very busy and famous and Dr Kim directly told patients to "go to another hospital if you don't want to wait a couple hours". Unbelievable! The reception desk and the doctor treat patients with so much disrespect. Dr Kim treated an elderly patient who was complaining about the long wait. The doctor yelled at her and told her to get out of here. Disgusting! Dr Kim wasn't that bad when I saw him a few years ago, but it got worse. I think it's wrong to take out your anger and frustration on people because you have a lot of patients and are tired that day. I heard that Dr Kim yell "I am so tired " "I'm annoyed that I had so many patients today!"I was so disappointed to see the doctor shouting abusively at the patients who came to his hospital. I don't understand why there are so many patients. I don't know if the doctor is always like that but I what I experienced that day was not a hospital, but a place where patients went to pay for punishment.
