There are 17 stylists working in this location. The reason I chose Cathy was based on her profile - 45 years of experience in the industry. That is all I need to know. I booked her online and it was super easy. Hubby was very pleased with his cut. Cathy spent time talking with him before the cut. The conversation was pleasant and informative. In addition, he praised Cathy for her skill in using scissors which makes the hairstyle stylish. She charges 26 and up for the cut. What a bargain.

Many places don't offer it and the headspa process alone is expensive. But when one of my clients said they offer it at her salon, I had to give it a try. I was apprehensive because I am a Newyorican with thick, curly, coiled hair. Not many places know how to handle let alone want to deal with my hair. But not this place! Milla welcomed me with a smile and excitement on tackling my hair. She said she loves working on client with curls but I assured her to just wait. The room isn't closed out, the top is open so you can hear the music and conversations outside of the room, but it's not loud and overbearing so you do have the opportunity to still zen out and relax. And man did I relax!!!!! They don't seem to do the whole video examination of the scalp which I have seen advertised in some places. It was simply go and start on the wash. And I love getting pampered (when I can afford it). I love getting facials, massages, manicured and pedicures. And now I plan on adding this to my roster. My normal hair stylist offers a deep wash but this is a deep clean of the scalp which feels totally different and you feel all the tingles. Head tingles, body tingles, which I felt helped me zone out. Now I will say process itself did feel longer than expected. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and with the blowout process it did take over an hour (again thick, coiled hair) but Milla was so great. While I had a trial at another studio, they were the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced.
