Both my husband and I have been with his practice for 5 years. Everyone is kind and professional and efficient. Appts are easy to make. Waiting time, if any, is brief. They listen to what you say, you're never made to feel rushed, they give you options, and they guide you to the best path of treatment. Labs can be drawn there with results given within appropriate times. Return calls are always completed. For me, Dr Salvi is old-school, and that's a compliment for those of us who remember how doctors used to be......so with much gratitude to Dr Salvi and his team, and with much encouragement to the reader, you would be most happy at this practice. Blessings.

My husband and I saw Dr. Salvi for the first time earlier in the week, and we both felt the same…read moreway when we left. What a great experience! Dr. Salvi is warm and friendly and shares himself as a real person. He is the first doctor we've had in a long time who really seems to give you his full, caring attention. He contributes useful practical information in a discussion and brings good common sense into his practice as well as medical expertise. I love seeing a doctor who has expertise but also respects his clients' experience and the information they bring to the table. As I said to him, I think we've finally found our doc!!

Dr. Faubel is phenomenal!! My mother has very bad adult onset of scoliosis. She is not a surgical…read morecandidate. We have already had her seen by a Neurosurgeon who referred her for injections. She had her series of epidural steroid injections with an Anesthesiologist at the local hospital. Nothing relieved her pain. My mom has been in pain for so long now that her entire personality and desire to be social had vanished. It literally broke my heart to see my mom in such pain. For the last resort, (my mom does not like to go to the doctor and she had so much pain with the ESIs that she was afraid) I asked her to make an appointment with Dr. Faubel to see if she was a candidate for Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA). I know that Dr. Faubel is the only physician in the area who performs this cutting edge procedure and is also a Fellowship trained physician. This procedure would be a last ditch effort for pain relief for my mom. She made the appointment (reluctantly) and was a candidate for the procedure. My mom is back to being 'my mom' again. Her pain is gone. The sparkle is back in her eye. Dr. Faubel was wonderful with her during each visit! His assistant Carlie was compassionate and professional, as well. For all of those patients suffering from debilitating back pain, do not give up hope. Make an appointment with Dr. Faubel. Please, understand Dr. Faubel can only do what he has in his 'toolbox of treatments', but I guarantee you if he has something in that 'toolbox' that will help you I have all of the confidence in the world that you will be happy you went to see him. Thank you Dr. Faubel and Carlie for 'fixing' my mom!!

Smart guy but I can say his manner leaves something to be desired…read more Not very conservative to your wallet or with the scalpel. Wanted to jump right into expensive testing for carpal tunnel. Was dismissive about issue that bright me in that is affecting my life most. As he walked away however he mentioned "B6" and I promptly got myself some for under $5. After YEARS of being incredibly hindered by nerve pain in my hands I now have full use of them again just by adding this vitamin to my life. No more dependence on gabbapentin, none, for weeks. I'm glad I held off on surgery all these years. I regret how much I suffered tho considering how simple the remedy was. A symptom of a bigger health problem in my case, which this Dr. couldn't wrap his head around, because surely you are not credible when your body has problems... Right? That's how he made me feel. As he referred me to another quack to continue to pass the buck and line the pockets of his friends.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Favia is GREAT. He has a gentle and caring demeanor and is thorough…read morein his treatment and the amount of time he spends with patients. But, the rest of the practice has suffered since they were bought out by Advocate. One of the receptionists in particular (shes older, gray short hair) is very rude and has a very bad attitude. She is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met, working at a doctors office with sick people no less. She seems to take pleasure in how I get upset when I'm told I can't see my doctor for weeks due to scheduling. It is also difficult to get an appointment, I've sometimes been told I would have to wait WEEKS to see Dr. Favia. They've hired more Physicians Assistants now and try to set you up with them instead of your doctor, I guess to save on costs. One of the PAs (Tracy) made an inappropriate comment to my dad about her opinion about why we needed to get my sister's medical records released. She gave her personal opinion on a very sensitive matter and my dad didn't even know what to say. Very unprofessional. I referred a friend here who made an appointment to see Dr. Favia, and when he arrived as a new patient, they told him he could only see a PA. Insist at the time of appointment that it be made with your Doctor (Favia and Petersen are both very good). Hopefully Advocate starts to notice these reviews and improves the situation.
