I came in to get tested for a flu and they asked if I wanted some ibuprofen. I said sure and didn't think anything of it. Later I was billed $50 for "medication". I contested it, but they said that was part of my consent to be seen. I don't necessarily blame the staff, but I do question everything that is offered now. Glass of water? How much? Use the bathroom? How much? Are the masks complementary? Do I have to pay for the paper sheet that I sat on in the exam room? If it's not an emergency, I'd recommend you come here. You will be treated nicely and get into a room quickly, but after the initial vitals, prepare to wait. And buyer beware, make sure you don't accept any treatment without asking the cost. That said the quality of care was decent. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly.

After my appointment her care team contacted me after the appointment. Medication wise, she's not registered so I had hawk them down again to get another nurse to send the medication, (she's aware of the issue as well). My final straw was I inbox them about medication needed and never got a respond and it's been over four days now. So, I switch providers that can communicate better.

I would give 4 or 5 stars to the doctor who treated me--he was very helpful & nice, but also told me I needed a cat scan which required drinking a large amount of liquid contrast, even though I was throwing up. Naturally trying to drink a full cup of liquid caused me to start vomiting all over again. Although I understand his concern with wanting to check for potential bleeding, since I threw up a very small amount of blood, I had also just had a biopsy in my stomach done that day during an endoscopy, which can cause blood in vomit.

Then we had to wait an additional 2 hours for a doctor to come in and state that he wants her to have a CT. So then, he prescribes "dilaudid", a drug that my fiancé insisted that she did not want to have because of the side effects it has on her. She said it 5 times and they still have it to her. Another hour goes by and she finally goes down for a scan, and when she comes back up, tells me they almost forgot she was still in the machine after the scan took place...and yet again we waited another few hours until 3am for the doctor to tell us there is nothing to do but take pain meds, and hope the issue goes away on its own, which was a response I was very frustrated by. So today, not more than 9 hours after all of that, after not getting any sleep to begin with, another doctor calls her back and says that he didn't like the complete diagnosis that the doctor the night before gave, and wants her to come back in immediately. Needless to say, we are both extremely frustrated and tired. I hope that I can write a better review on this visit today. I am glad that they are reviewing the problem and hoping to correct it, my frustration is with the crew the night before, I wish they had taken the time to discover these problems then.
