Even with the (pretty high) cost of them packing it for me, I was nervous about the care that would be taken. My chair arrived in Santa Fe Friday. And let me tell you, I couldn't have possibly done a better job packing it. I could tell it was done with tender care and I cannot appreciate this enough! Francis was very accomodating and worked diligently with me to analyze measurements and photos detailing the painting and the space, and made helpful recommendations to get just the right design. Francis ordered what was needed and when my daughter came in town he assembled the painting and frame with a quick turn-around so she could take it home in her car rather than have it shipped. The quality and craftsmanship was excellent. The painting looks beautiful, and my daughter was very happy with the result!
