I spoke to Beth, who was outstanding in communicating with us in a timely manner about their estimate and job details. Two days later, I receive a very happy mailbox owner who was shocked and amazed he had a new post installed already that he could not be happier with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Guess they can just mail the wrong parts to you whenever their low on sales and still make money off of their customers! When sending out normal packages they arrive in a timely manner. Today I used their print services for the first time. I emailed them the file, they responded promptly (special shout out to Melanie for such a polite and professional email!) and the print was ready incredibly fast. It was a larger print, 11x17, lots of colors, cost a little over $1, and great quality. I love this store!

The package arrived in destination city at 10:30 am next day but wasn't delivered until 11am the following day or 48 hrs after shipping. Talked with the store manager and he said he'd put in for a claim as it didn't make sense as there was no weather delay. Well the claim got rejected due to weather in Kentucky. Corporate UPS customer service is a joke. This is like them saying they couldn't deliver from Cincy to Cleveland because there was a storm in California. UPS isn't responsible for weather delays. Best say a prayer if you use UPS as they don't honor their word.

Spencer was so kind to my friend and I who were traveling from Atlanta and needed to ship a lot of things back. Spencer ensured that everything would be wrapped to absolute perfection as we had a lot of glass that we were shipping. Initially, I was nervous about this location due to the other reviews however, Spencer cured any anxiety that I had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful upon arrival and Main maintained that way throughout the entire experience. I had a lot of questions and concerns which he addressed and then went on to prove that he's of his word. He was patient as he addressed all of my concerns.
