There was only one person in front of me but it took a good 15min for me to be helped, which hey, that happens. They weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I got my prints and they were obviously printed lopsided and instead of addressing the obvious they just hoped I wouldn't say anything. When I asked them to cut it down to correct it they made a couple of mistakes there too. Then they only gave me half the envelopes I ordered. When I had to go back in the store to get the rest they were like "oh how did that happen?" But no apologies. In total it took 30min to get lower quality prints. All of these things on their own are minor inconveniences I wouldn't normally care about, but all together they were annoying, and again, while not rude, i feel like apologies and proaction is needed when all of this happens to one customer in the same span of time. It's just part of service.

The customer service here is always amazing and I have never had an issue. I walked in here with 14 large boxes the other day and then helped me label them (I had the labels already printed out) and they took amazing care of me. I highly recommend this location. I would recommend parking on the tylersville side to prevent the starbucks drive up from blocking you in.
