I've had stressful situations where the lash tech has been rude and impatient. And Jessica really put that fear I had at ease. I got my first set on my birthday and I went from being so anxious about the appointment to being able to fall asleep on the bed. They did not give me what I asked for and the lady doing my nails could not have been licensed because the lack of basic knowledge to do GEL-X NAILS, the most BASIC nail service, is absolutely unreal. Not to mention, it is rule number 1 to not get the clear gel-x glue on bare skin to prevent contact dermatitis, and this lady, gets her nasty gloves with all of the polish all on my skin and cures it. I could not say anything this deep into the appointment because I feel that the damage had already been done. This salon, or at least this worker is nothing less than a biohazard and should NOT be doing nails until PROPERLY TRAINED. I have never been so speechless, horrible job.

My take away is that if you've never tried "sugaring"- just stick with waxing. Ive had better experiences at other waxing locations and will continue to go back to them after my eyebrows grow back (lol).

The process went by so fast, she's so much fun to talk to. After we finished she explained lash care & that I'd see a few fall out & it's completely normal. And truly it is. I have naturally dark and manicured brows, but they definitely have some thinning as I age. I also have scar tissue that makes a few hairs misbehave. Lamination makes them behave.
