The prep team came at least 3 times to ensure things would go well as I had a difficult property to navigate including bamboo, steps, slate and a tight space to get the shed into. The owner Scott even came to the site to verify everything and ensure the right amount of wood and rocks were delivered. My yard slopes down, and Matt said he felt they should add a second row of wood to ensure no water running into the shed which also included all the extra rocks to fill the space. This was done without complaint or extra charge. They delivered the day they promised. Matt and Chris were AWESOME throughout the entire process and assisted the mule driver get my shed down the hill to where it would be installed. The shed itself is amazing! It is insulated to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter and the attention to detail in the craftsmanship from the Amish builders is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They are honest, fairly priced and do a great job installing a high quality shed. Don't go anywhere else for your backyard needs!

Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. Open play is $12 per session I'm not sure if they offer a play pass or not.

The first shed was purchased several years ago and has held up except for a leaky roof I had repaired. The 2nd shed floor failed before the warranty ended. I pursued a warranty claim, but had to persistently call the company to get a call back. Once they finally called me back, I was scheduled for an inspection visit, but no one showed up or called after I took off work to wait for the inspector. When I reached someone at the company days later, I was told the job was complete. It took several more days to reach a manager who said he would try to visit, but never came or called to reschedule. The manager finally visited and told me my shed floor would not be covered because I store a small Honda Rebel motorcycle in the shed although the bike does not sit near the sinking floor spot. My older shed held a Honda Goldwing for several years without an issue. I called the corporate office and left message for a warranty person who stated he would investigate and call me back, but I never heard from him again. Long Island Tuff Shed has the worst service and product I've ever experienced. Spend the money to save yourself the headache until you only need the shed for less than 5 years.

Andy and Joe operated a machine called a mule to direct the move. This avoided the use of a heavy truck on the lawn. Though it added a little more to the cost, the savings to electrical and septic lines was more than a fair compromise. We are thrilled. The fan and additional lighting is being installed today.
