Can I give 10 stars? From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Found Ronald here on Yelp but I also called the company who did my back fence and they did a very good job but the estimate they gave me was way higher than the estimate RONALD gave me. Two men came to install it and it was a day that was kind of iffy with weather. Things were going along smoothly until they hit a snag with a tree root. It was suggested that the fence may look slightly crooked. I was fine with that. Innovation saved the day. They cut the bottom of the fence to get it over the root. Straight lines all the way. Impressive because they took the time to think about it instead of just installing as best they could. They were on the last panel when the rain started. I called once I realized a tree had taken down a good portion of my fence and he scheduled an appointment to look over the job immediately. Once he had met with me Ronald sent me a quote within hours. After approval I explained that I can't allow my dog out until the fence was repaired and he gave me the first opening he had available. I had these guys fix existing fencing and add new fencing at my house about two weeks ago. I decided to deal with Ronald Fencing based on the reviews. I believe the owners son gave me the estimate which went well, he was friendly and knowledgable. I dealt with the owner Ronald through texting, he was great as well. What wasn't good was the laborers installing the fencing. I haven't seen other reviews mention it but maybe I pay close attention to detail. The first huge red flag that annoyed me was they had extra soil from replacing 3 or 4 fence posts and the decided to rake up my mulch in my flower beds and put the soil down and cover it back over with mulch. So now I have an uneven flower bed, plus I had old mulch underneath and now I have a few different colors of mulch in my flower beds along with some old rotting mulch on top. I immediately stopped them when I saw them starting to dump more soil over my wood chipped beds around my arborvitaes. I wish they would have just knocked on my door and asked me where to put it. Such a disaster I pay $3,600 and I have to fix their work and go buy new mulch. The second thing that they did that really annoyed me is they left small pieces of the plastic the fencing comes wrapped in and they dropped it and the wind blew it all over the place. They left screws and metal shavings everywhere and I have two dogs. I had to re-rake the lawn the areas that work was done to clean up rocks, cement and grass they ripped up. As an environmentalist, I notice small things like this. Finally, they had to remove four blocks of my raised flower bed and didn't even put it back the way it was. As a former landscaper/handyman/arborist as myself, Ronald Fencing laborers have no landscaping skills whatsoever. They need to hire better. I wish I could say otherwise but I won't use this company again. read more

We needed to replace two fences that were destroyed during the tropical storm that hit over the summer. We consulted three companies, Ron's pricing was roughly in line with one of the other companies we looked at and lower than the third. But when he came by to quote, he was more consultative and patient than the other company we were looking at. After considering options, we ended up proceeding on three fences (with removal of an additional small chain link fence in the front for a more consistent fence line). Ron's communication was timely, he and his crew showed up when he said they would and the quality of the work was excellent. They also hauled away our destroyed fence and left the place clean. 95% of the work was done in one day, they just had to return a few days later to add the top of the trellis and two gates after the cement hardened.
