Great customer service. Sheds are good quality, but not as good as an Omish built shed that I have.

I order my custom shed from Kempton about 4 years ago, Higher wall height, loft, high pitch roof, siding matching my house and the fiberglass doors. Excellent construction and price. After almost 4 years the fiberglass doo started to split. Bill stood behind their product and replace the door without hesitation, NO CHARGE. After he replaces the 1 door of the double doors the new one was bright white but the old door had faded and didn't match well. I wasn't home when the job was done and bill sent me a picture and email that said he would be back to replace the other door so they both match, again no charge. Well my shed was delivered on Thursday on day earlier than promised! I have to say the customer service alone is worth more to me than the shed. By the way it is beautiful! I'm a pain in the ass he had to special order my siding as it had to match my house . I wanted Timberline roof as I just had a new roof put on. I wanted taller longer windows. I wanted a door with glass. They were great! I was at work when they delivered it. They did not make one mark in my sod. Nothing! The shed was placed exactly where I had it marked and it's 100% level. I would rate them from 1 to 10 a true 10. These are built in Wall Township and they return every phone call and email! My buying experience was very good. However for roughly 10% more, I could have bought an Amish-built shed which would have come fully painted, studs 12" on center and made from real plywood. Kempton uses OSB AKA: flakeboard which rots quickly. Hopefully the 2 coats of polyurethane on the inside will help. read more
