It can be a stressful and costly gamble hiring someone when you aren't from the area; with best voice and effort put forward during an initial call followed by a deposit with the final result to be completed one to several weeks later, and will even be to your satisfaction? None of that applies here - our experience with Tate Home Services was outstanding! After speaking with Aaron on the phone, I drove out where we met, looked at the property being prepped for sale then shook hands agreeing on what was to be done. I found Aaron to be courteous and profession both on the phone and also in person. He listened to my concerns and goal then helped formulate a plan to get the job done. Initial survey photos helped us to narrow down the work to be completed, a timeline was put into place and then final photos were sent showing all the work that had been performed. Other than our first meeting at the property, Tate Home Services completed all service requested in a professional and timely manner. Great communication skills, value and quality work. Billing, deposit and final balance were all handled remotely without issue. Thanks, Aaron! I sent multiple emails responding to their invoice inquiry, but they sat in their spam folder. I was verbally told they were leaving double negative reviews, strictly to get my attention. I have a recorded call from yesterday where they stated all this but refuse to be honest online. They purposely copy and pasted a negative review to apply twice against the company I work for. Per their contract with us, they receive payment 45 days from the date we receive their invoice OR when we receive payment from our client. I do not recommend getting involved with dishonest people who use the internet as a game to destroy other businesses. This company did not hold up to the terms of their agreement and are using the internet as a game of destruction.

Mark has got to be one of the most honest and honorable contractors I have come across in years. There was no re-negotiations on quotes, he honored everything he quoted. He also worked with me thru quick design changes and had lots of options to make it work right. Fenceline did a great job on my deck , front porch and fence around the backyard. They are great, very hard working and professional. We had a large fence replaced , 500 + feet. They jumped right on it, no standing around, lot of good team work was visible, cleaned up as they went, no messes. It was obvious early on they knew what they were doing, Finished product is great, highly recommend them. read more

I definitely expected his work to be more professional and detailed and it was not. During the project his workers told him that they weren't able to dig in my yard because it was full of clay which was a lie. I planted the flower beds where they were and that's some of the softest and most fertile ground in my yard. The truth is I was here every day they worked, they took numerous breaks as it was extremely hot those days. They went and got drinks, was wetting themselves down and set a lot more on those days than they worked. Instead of lying to their boss they should have been honest. When I went to explain the facts of what happened as I was here, he went on to tell me that I was only here for one of the three days which was yet another lie. One of my plants was ran over in this whole ordeal, wires in the back were cut etc. due to the lies I really began to question their story telling me the wires were cut by the plumbers. Nothing was said about my tree and the job was not clean, neat, nor detailed. I am very disappointed in what I have seen and received. Mr. Boling got very disrespectful when I went to voice my concerns and my daughter over heard him saying it would look "stupid" to build up those areas the way we originally discussed them to be built up. He went on to send very disrespectful text messages. I was truly surprised as I feel as though we were ripped completely off by him and I was expecting this experience to be great and it was far from being anything close to that.

Not difficult for this company tho. They took care of my three oak threes quickly and fast and had a climber handle the one with the porch around it. They were very safe and accurate with their rigging on how the tree limbs came down on a rope and exactly where they wanted it to drop to. Seemed to be a very difficult job because multiple companies were scared to take this job on and they knew exactly what they were doing and was ready for the challenge! The way their team worked together and was very safe made me very pleased! If you need some tree trimming or trees removed do yourself a favor and at least call them first and get a quote, I know they won't let you down! I still have two more trees I need cut down and for sure will be calling them back again!
