Their team was on time and got to work as soon as we finished the inspection. I specified that I wanted the fence 6 inches inside my property line and they said no problem. I also stated that to the estimator when he came out. The property pins had been flagged recently and were visible. Fast forward to yesterday. A surveyor checking property lines informed me that one side of my fence is two feet over the line. I called up Advanced and they were quick to come by and take a look. Then they informed me that it'd be close to $365 to correct the issue. Not cool. Further discussion simply turned into an argument. I don't think I'll be using them again. If you choose to go with them, just make sure you are as clear as possible.

Brandon came out, met me, looked over the job, took pictures, and said he would get back to me with an estimate in about a day or so. Thursday came and went with no estimate. Friday came and still nothing. I called them on Friday and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone--it kept rerouting to someone else. After several attempts, I finally reached Brandon. He quoted me $800 for a job that would probably take less than an hour and a half. When I asked him to email the estimate over, he couldn't even do that. This company is a complete waste of time. Poor communication, slow to follow up, and wildly overpriced for such a small job. I would not recommend Revive Exteriors to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
