I'd requested a quote for perimeter fencing at our house, including several gates. I then sort of put Hugo through the ringer by asking for several variations on the quote, trying to fit our budget and aesthetic preferences. Then, due to financial and health reasons, we had to delay the project several months. Hugo was always gracious and responsive, and did just the right amount of follow up -- enough to keep in touch, but never coming close to being pushy. When we finally did move ahead with the work, he and his crew were prompt, did the work in a very reasonable time frame, and most importantly, they did great work. Several neighbors have commented on how good it all looks, and one who is in the building trades commented that he had watched as the project went along and was impressed by the quality of their work, and I agree! When we got to the end of the project and Hugo came for the final walk through, there were a few minor details to be resolved, but he stayed for a couple hours that day and finished everything off himself. As others have noted, there may be other less expensive options, but in my experience they weren't much less, and we definitely got what we paid for and more. In summary, the quality is great, the look is exactly what we wanted, the job was completed on time, and the customer service couldn't have been much better. We're looking forward to having them back out in the next year for some additional work in our back yard, and I enthusiastically recommend them.

First, he had to completely remove the old patio cover, which contained a lot of rotted wood and some VERY heavy beams! He designed and built a new patio cover, built to perfection and detail. There are many artistic details that make it very special. I am still able to maintain my fabulous view while enjoying a "very special space" on my verandah. He initially came to our home for a free consultation, spent nearly an hour carefully measuring everything, and provided a detailed shopping list. He even continued helping by text when I became overwhelmed by all the options and confused about the measurements. When it was time for the installation, he spent nearly half the day replacing and properly aligning our very heavy door--all on his own and without interrupting us while we worked. Our door and frame had never fully recovered after firefighters had to break through it during a fire, and it had become extremely difficult to open and close. It now works beautifully. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, patient, and incredibly hardworking. He removed the old grass and weeds, installed the new turf, and added sand and cement around the perimeter to help prevent weeds from growing back.
