We were told it's a one day project (kitchen is approx 106 sqft) Took the day off moved appliances only for the job to not be completed. Missing transition pieces. They come back the next day (another day we took off from work- we both work out of the house). Pieces that were brought were clearly the wrong color. I feel like they were trying to make a quick fix we didn't agree to those pieces when finally someone admits to their wrong doing (they never ordered the transition pieces in the first place). right pieces are order but won't be here until Tuesday. So we wait another 4 days. Upon further inspection over the weekend I notice toe kicks weren't replaced correctly their uneven and off set. I notice chalking everywhere and just crappy work. We brought it to their attention and on day 6 it was semi corrected. But we are going to have to re do at our time and cost all of the toe kicks and quarter rounds. Back to Tuesday 10/ 22/25. Wrong pieces again with no solution but to come back Thursday. Thursday they bring new pieces but it still looks terrible. They're a flooring company. Better solutions should be available. Other pet peeevs. They left my garage a mess duand garbage on the side of my house never picked. We ended up dumping it on our garbage day. We are underwhelmed and so frustrated. Save your time.
