Helping me sell my home with Dawn was such a special and unexpected experience. I'm writing this review for anyone who may be curious (or even skeptical) about Feng Shui and whether it can actually help sell a home faster. I'll be honest--I wasn't a true believer. I've been working with Dawn for a few years now, and feng shui with her has honestly become one of my favorite ways to realign things in my life. We worked with Dawn to fengshui our apartment back in Q1 2019. Dawn was really great to work with! She came in to our apartment and conducted a thorough assessment both inside and out, and took time to explained her recommendations to us one by one. I recently moved from Irvine to Ladera Ranch to a new home, and my initial reason for finding Dawn (via yelp) was to have her review our new home and tell me which room I should have my home office in, and which my fiance should have his home office in (for the most success/prosperity). This was Dawn's first visit of two. The advice she gave was a great success, as I never considered having my office in the room I ultimately used. She told me the room I intended to use (after analyzing our homes Bagua Chart), was a low energy room and not ideal for a home office or strategic decision making involving money or work. I've always believed in feng shui and have tried to learn for so many years, I've bought books and researched on line and even had a consult many years ago and it was also with a great feng shui master. I moved away from the property I had feng shui'ed and life took over. Anyways, long story short Dawn responded to a link I had clicked on and we immediately connected. One Month Follow-Up I wanted to share a short story that illustrates how thoughtful and meticulous Dawn is. I occasionally contact Dawn for advice. In this particular instance, it was in regards to our master bedroom. A couple of days later, Dawn advises me to move my cellular device away from the bed space. I met Dawn many years ago before she began studying Feng Shui. I always have appreciated her character and moral convictions along with her honest kindness and ease. I always knew when I got a home of my own I would have Dawn Feng Shui it for me. Well, the day finally came and my first call was to Dawn. We arranged that she would Feng Shui the house before I moved in so I knew what room would be best suited for my master bedroom, guest beds room and gym. Before she arrived we had some detailed conversations about the lay out of the house ect. When she arrived with workmen pounding away she spent about an hour in the front and back yard doing whatever it is she does and about the same amount of time inside the house. Than we talked about what I needed to put into place in my front and back yard as well as inside each room of the home. She was very detailed with great ideas and even the best way to face my bed and the gym equipment. I was beyond pleased with the whole process. We wrote declarations for each section of the house as well. I put everything into place but, really felt like nothing had happened actually, it felt like a dark cloud was following me with one set back after another. I I spoke with Dawn we went over all the placements I had made than made changes that were my misunderstanding because Dawn was very clear. Anyhow, Dawn's clarifications had me move items and change a few things around and POOF that dark cloud turned into sunshine, I feel calm, relaxed, supported and embraced in my home and in my life. When we made the declarations I wrote a specific amount I needed from a bonus after paying taxes this year. Guess what? After taxes I will have that amount it seems to the penny. Wow, with just a few changes and putting Dawns great advice into place my life is calm, my sleep amazing, friends old and new are coming out of the wood works and my calendar is booked with fun adventures and, I can support all these adventures with ease financially. Wow, where do I begin? I had Dawn do a Feng Shui consultation last Thursday, she spent nearly 5 hours with me, she was so thorough; going through every single space in my home! I immediately jumped into action, and within 24 hours, 2 major blessings happened!
