I had to walk through the aisles twice to make sure I didn't miss anything because there were so many items to see. And if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask the owners for help. To confirm, I sought a second opinion at the Asian Garden Mall (Phước Lộc Thọ), and another jeweler immediately pointed out that the prongs were far too thin and would eventually break. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Considering the very high price point compared to other jewelers, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with a ring that looks cheap, poor workmanship, and an upsetting experience that I would never want anyone else to go through.
