The young man that worked with us (I didn't get his name) was patient and super knowledgeable. He bought out about 5 pairs of sneakers each for my husband and I to try on. We went on a Saturday at just the right time as it got super crowded right after we arrived. There is metered street parking right out front and some really cool shops on the same block. The discounts are real here, I have seen prices up to 75% reduced on some of the Nike and Adidas shorts. But the quality of products were not impressive to me. They have a small selection of both men's and women's shoes in addition to clothing. Did you not have a children's section. And, if they don't have what you are looking for in the store they will gladly order it for you. Nike also has this great feature where if you purchase online, as obviously there is a way larger selection, you can return in the store so makes it easy on the customer. I often buy my shoes online from them and have been able to return every time, no problem.

Our most recent visit to was to get T-ball bat, helmet, gloves, pants, bags and shoes. We found all items except the shoes. Was really happy with variety of brands, options and sizes that were available. All items were on display within the same area, so it was easy get one item after another. The prices were decent, comparable prices I saw online from places like Amazon. Multiple associates offered to help. One of them assisted us with getting access to fitting room. When we asked about T-ball shoes, there was a huge confusion among them, the question got relayed between four of associates in three different areas before we found they don't have it. LOL!!
