Upon entering the dressing room with multiple pairs of pants, I discovered some were mislabeled in sizing. Which wasted a lot of time having to go back for correct sizes. The women's EMT section is awful. Very few options. There was only 1 shirt in my size, L. I traveled almost 2 hours to shop at the Paramus location. I also needed boots. They didn't carry my size in any black boots. I also found mens shirts incorrectly labeled in size. To top it off, after arriving home I realized the employee did not pack the correct clothing in my bag, making this trip completely worthless. I called and asked for a manager and was Informed one was not available. Never again! Awful!

Was really happy with variety of brands, options and sizes that were available. All items were on display within the same area, so it was easy get one item after another. The prices were decent, comparable prices I saw online from places like Amazon. Multiple associates offered to help. One of them assisted us with getting access to fitting room. When we asked about T-ball shoes, there was a huge confusion among them, the question got relayed between four of associates in three different areas before we found they don't have it. LOL!! But the checkout process was fast and easy. Multiple registers were open, so line was moving quickly.

I have no idea what I did to offend her. I've been coming to this location for two years and have never experienced anything like this. It made me feel very unhappy and uncomfortable. She even falsely accused me of returning items "too often." I must strongly disagree with this. When the store doesn't have certain items, your own employees special-order them for me. Sometimes they accidentally order extras, and they tell me to return the additional items. Yet this manager claims that I "love to return things," which is completely untrue. On top of that, she even told me that I "stayed in the store too long." If I don't take my time trying on clothes and checking whether something fits, or learning about the functions of the products, how could I possibly feel confident spending so much money? LL Bean products are not cheap. Is this something a manager should be saying? This feels like discrimination and an abuse of authority. At this point, it honestly feels like a shame to spend money in this store -- especially when I spent so much today -- only to be treated this way. You really need to be careful with this new manager. Her attitude is terrible, and she treats people differently. I am an older customer, and most LL Bean shoppers are also older adults. No one wants to spend a lot of money just to be treated disrespectfully. I've visited many LL Bean stores and have never had such an unpleasant experience. The female manager's name is Grace -- please stay away from her. I will also be telling the elders in our church not to visit this store anymore. Please be aware.
