Most recently, The Management Company failed to renew the health permit for our pool. This resulted in the pool being shut down by the county due to the expired permit. This is such a clear example of negligence that I can't even believe that a company could be so bad. What is most concerning is that the permit fee is paid for by the homeowners dues. So if they didn't by the permit, what did they do with our money? Clear mis-appropriation of funds going on by a company that has no business running a little league team let alone multiple associations.
