There is always ample parking out front and it is a safe area. They are located on the main floor, just follow the signs and you can find it easy peasy. The staff is always super nice and attentive. I am always greeted when walking in and not left to wonder if I need to sign in or if I am going to be left waiting or anything. I have always been taken back in a timely manner and have never had to be there more than maybe 45 minutes in total for a routine visit. Dr. Ott is super nice and a great dentist. The hygienists are always thorough, painless, and thoughtful. They think about the whole picture of your oral/teeth health and take your insurance into account when deciding on testing. I have terrible "dentist" anxiety and this was my first procedure in quite a long time. I was opted to receive nitrous oxide for my procedure but unfortunately the machine was down that day. As you can imagine, as any anxious person was, I was terrified of that needle. Though Dr. Nicholas and her assistant was able to calm me down and assure me that it would be merely painless. You know what? They were right. I felt a little poke, like barely even a pinch after the numbing gel and that was it. They're highly trained enough that you may not even need to opt for nitrous. If you're scared to visit a dentist, this is honestly the best place to go. If you're not insured they are the most lovely people (Especially Nancy, God bless her!) in the world who will work with you to setup an affordable payment plan.

They also open as early as 8am, which will be convenient for future appointments (getting it out of the way before my busy work day gets underway). The most concerning things were the state of the dental utensils and the stainless steel in the exam rooms. Every inch of visible steel was tarnished with buildup and rust starting to form or already formed. I originally called to set up a visit with a prosthodontist, which they confirmed they were able to take care of 6 months ago. Once I finally sat in the dirty exam chair and asked why I was there, they then told me they have never been a prosthodontist and couldn't even recommend one in town because they don't know of any. Then why did they make me wait 6 months telling me they could do it just to get me there, bill my insurance, and tell me they can't help me. I would never recommend this place. Not even if you're looking for a paperback copy of the Bible which they have signs saying they hand those out and to ask for one. It's a joke and an insurance racket. Plain and simple.

Before we went to the oral surgeon I called numerous times wanting to talk to one of these doctors to see if they could give my husband some kind of anabiotic so that we could determine whether it was his tooth or a sinus infection because we were asked to do that by an urgent care physician. They repeatedly ignored my calls. Never called back. Never prescribed the medicine that I was told by the receptionist they would prescribe for my husband. If you care about the state of your mouth do not go here. It is not a good place to go. I don't even know why they are in business.
