But ignoring those, the rest of the theater is all nice recliners that also have a heating switch. One thing I really like about this theater is how much space there is between rows; even with the seats fully reclined, you don't have to squeeze by people if you need a restroom break in the middle of the movie. The sodas and slushies are self-serve and they also have five different types of powdered popcorn seasoning that you can apply. Surprisingly, though, they didn't have any butter dispensers - I suppose you could always ask for more from behind the counter, but I do like being able to control the amount that's put on. They have a pretty widespread concessions menu and they will bring out your hot food to you in your seat. Prices for concessions are average and tickets are reasonable - $9 for a matinee and $11 for night. The lobby area is notably nice - there is a self-playing piano, a fireplace, and a full bar area. It was also impeccably clean in the lobby and restroom. Employees were very friendly across the board. This is clearly a very well-maintained theater and I would definitely go back.

The issue that happened was on the hayride... in the middle of the hayride, THE STEP PIECE FELL OF MID RIDE! My family and i, alerted the driver but he couldn't hear us and then he finally heard us! We finished off the ride. We were the last ride for the day due to that incident. Ps. If you want to go to a good hayride, don't go to this cheap one!

They're definitely putting money back into the place to get better props, add more scares, and they're adding attractions. The new Museum is just that, a walkthrough of horror movies with props, pictures, and tributes. The forest is great, the path is obvious, and way better than last year with the actors filling their roles well. Outside in the common area they have a fire barrel when it's cold out to stand by and keep warm, plenty of portapotties, cover to stand under to protect you from the weather while waiting for the attractions. Cannot wait to see what's different next year. This is the one place we will keep coming back to, they actually try to spread out groups (they can't help if people catch up to you, though). Every other haunted attraction crams people in like sardines to rake in the revenue, which ruins the scares. This place doesn't and as long as they keep that up, we'll keep coming back!

I also saw a few blueberry items - I just wish the preserves were available in a smaller jar as I never had blueberry preserves before but would try it...just a little unsure how sweet they actually are (I am afraid of them being too sweet like pie filling). The prices were a bit high on watermelon but I guess maybe Meijer uses those as a loss leader to get you in the store. We also were charged a fee for using a debit card. I can't say we will be back for just veggies as we live about 15 minutes away but we have not yet tasted to produce / if it's great, we will make the drive. I am curious about the Fall once apples and pumpkins are available.
