This is a lovely theater - much nicer than others in the area (MJR, NCG, etc). They have bizarro "cuddle seats" in the very front - not sure why anyone would want those except for possibly illicit reasons? But ignoring those, the rest of the theater is all nice recliners that also have a heating switch. One thing I really like about this theater is how much space there is between rows; even with the seats fully reclined, you don't have to squeeze by people if you need a restroom break in the middle of the movie. The sodas and slushies are self-serve and they also have five different types of powdered popcorn seasoning that you can apply. Surprisingly, though, they didn't have any butter dispensers - I suppose you could always ask for more from behind the counter, but I do like being able to control the amount that's put on. They have a pretty widespread concessions menu and they will bring out your hot food to you in your seat. Prices for concessions are average and tickets are reasonable - $9 for a matinee and $11 for night. The lobby area is notably nice - there is a self-playing piano, a fireplace, and a full bar area. It was also impeccably clean in the lobby and restroom. Employees were very friendly across the board. This is clearly a very well-maintained theater and I would definitely go back. read more

Another absolutely lovely Emagine location! This one feels brand spanking new and not like they took over another previous movie theater chain or location to insert the Emagine-ness into it. This location also reminds me a lot of the Emagine Macomb location, which feels also super nice and brand new. In general though, every Emagine location is that high level of excellence and luxury that make the movie going experience so wonderful, I just happened to notice, as someone who almost exclusively watches movies at Emagine that this one is a smidge nicer than others! Other than that, it's your standard Emagine theater! High quality food, recliners, booking system, customer service, and general movie going experience! What more can I say? Another great Emagine location and I was happy to come here and catch a movie with some friends where this theater was in the perfect center of all of us so that we could all congregate at! Located just a smidge south of Fenton, we went to Spicer Orchards afterwards, which was not even 10 minutes away! It was a winning afternoon duo in a Michigan fall! Loved it! read more

This is a great place to see a movie - the seats are very comfortable and recline back almost all the way, heated if you like as well, yeah! They have a full bar and a list of mixed drinks to choose from - that helps. If you order food in the concession line, they will bring it to your seat. We tried a variety of food and I have to give a shout out to the Chicken Nachos! We will certainly come back here - experience is really enjoyable. read more

I am a big fan of imagine theaters. This is the first time we went to this theater and I was really impressed. I liked the size, it is a bit smaller than some of the other ones that I've been to, but the people here working were very nice. I liked the bar area and their reception area. They had all of the things that I like, like the pizza oven and the snacks. They also had the you serve pop station and the slushy station. It was a fun time and I will definitely be back. read more

Wow-what a treat!! Preston was so sweet and when he realized it was my birthday he treated us to our snacks. That's never happened to me in my 71 years!!! This is an incredibly beautiful property, when you walk in, there's lots of seating area. There's a large bar area to the right -concession stands are in the area straightahead and the movie theaters go down each side. I n between there are multiple theaters to the right and to the left. The seating is some of the most comfortable you will find with reclining, HEATED, seats ! The movie we were here to see was 3 1/2 hours long. It was incredible but that's not what we're reviewing so back to the property. I've been here now a few times when I visit the Hartland Michigan area. There are many options for snacks. They have some light meals available as well. They have a huge area where you can dress up your popcorn and you can get the beverage of your choice. My nephew is partial to several of the snacks but he can't come here to watch a movie without enjoying some of their funnel fries!!!! We highly recommend this theater complex ! read more

I go here occasionally when the closer theater doesn't have a movie I'm wanting to see. It's a really nice theater and I should come more often. They have reclining seats that heat up and recline really far back. They also have cuddle couches if you want to share a seat with someone. Warning though, the cuddle seats are only in the front row. This place is always very clean. The bathrooms, theaters, bar, etc. in addition to being clean, the inside has a great vibe. They have a bar and nice areas to sit! I like the ability to orders concessions from the app and having it delivered to my seat. That is the best thing ever and I will forever do this! Make sure you join their rewards program! read more

Disappointing! I will give it three stars (2.5 if I could) for the awesome graphics, sweet seating and very nice & helpful staff. However, this place was so dirty...it definitely turned me off. It is a really nice and new place...it shouldn't be this gross. Papers everywhere in toilet area, litter all over all carpets, over-filled trash, spilled slush and pop..litter from pop machine all over top of counters. It may have been a busy time and maybe they were short staffed but, it was our first time there and kind of a turn off. read more

Met a friend for a movie. The movie theater was very clean and nicely decorated. There was no one at the "box office" so we had to buy our tickets from the kiosk. I'm not a fan of the self-serve options - I rather have a human at a box office. I went to guest services to get signed up for the Loyalty card, and the gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. The concessions were a bit odd. One line for popcorn and another for other hot foods (pizza, pretzels, etc). There is also trays with cup holders that turn into a table at your seat. After standing in line for food, you need to stand in another line to pay, and then the sodas are self-serve afterward. Luckily, we went to a matinee and the theater was close to empty. The biggest negative for me was the taste of the popcorn - ug - I've had better. Overall, the theater was clean and staff was nice; however, I'll go to MJR next time for a good experience with delicious popcorn. read more

The half-ass projection effort is the reason for my low rating. Went to watch Rocky IV on 11/11/21 @ 8 pm. The movie experience started late. When they did decide to start the movie it was an interview with Sly before the movie premiered, which was great except there was no sound and only music playing. However, it was eventually resolved but I missed the dialogue and part of the interview which is very infuriating. After the interview is over we are waiting again for the movie to start and we kept on waiting. Then the movie starts in such a disjointed way that we are thrown into it which makes me wonder if we missed more of the opening sequence. This was a disappointing experience for a movie I had been waiting a long time to see. And, to top it off my popcorn was burnt. ‍ read more

Just saw the Lion King and kudos to the theater staff for making the best out of multiple power outages during the show. They restarted the movie multiple times, kept us informed and did what they could in a situation they had no control over. Great place, a star for Hartland and although the pizza was only eh the nachos were amazing! We come almost every Tuesday and love it. read more

This is a lovely theater to go to and is constantly clean. The employees are very nice and helpful if needed. The bar area is a nice touch tv's, and soft music are usually playing and not overbearing when waiting for your movie. They will even deliver your food from the concession stand to the bar area if you let them know where you sitting. Always been my favorite place to take my family to see a movie. read more

Then i verifies with her that movies have 10 min previews beofore they start ,she said yes they do! Went to sit down at my movie that started at 1030 at 1029 and movie started 3 min ealry!!! It's ok. Went there with my daughter and everyone seemed a little undertrained and understaffed with management. The self serving drink station seemed nice but can get really dirty and sloppy looking quickly. Kinda presents the appearance of a dirty theatre. Overall was expecting more out of this place. Two strikes.....first time we went with my family, we ordered food that never got delivered. After about 45 minutes I had to ask for it and ended up missing 10 minutes of the movie. They seem very disorganized and the food was cold and disappointing. The second time was just this weekend and come to find out that my seat and the one next to me didn't recline or work. It's a brand new place! Frustrated I spoke to a manager. He cared very little and was unapologetic. He suggested I move to another open seat rather than sit with my family. His ambivalence demonstrates the level of concern and professionalism this place has for its clients. We'll return to polish and the professionals at MJR. I remember reading how someone described the place as a "five-star" hotel at the opening. Ha! Super 8 has better service! Pretty place but no soul. read more

I'm giving the theater a 3-rating based on most recent experience and knowing that some technical problems do happen, without that consideration it would have been 2 stars. Took family to Top Gun 2:00 pm show 6/11/22, concessions were unorganized and extremely slow and seemed people were just gathering in front of concessions to chat and catch up on old times, a theater employee needs to take control of area and answer questions for first timers and keep the flow going. Only one register was open, 2nd opened after I finally reached the first open register. I came to watch a move not sit next to someone ordering a buffet and having large trays left next to my seat. The stench of all the different junk food completely ruined the movie experience, if you want to serve food in this manner you should have an isolated area away from general seating this was the biggest reason for this review. Lastly the power went out on a sunny day with about 20 minutes left, after restarting the movie it was a good 10 to15 minutes farther forward as if it kept playing the whole time. after a 10-minute wait, it was rewound to approximately the right time frame before the power outage. but I guess they thought it was not enough and after 5 minutes it rewound again father forward. I don't necessarily blame the theater for the tech problem, but they never offered to refund or hand out passes to the movie goers. It has been 3 years since I have gone to a theater and this is the best Emagin has to offer, I'm headed over to the Brighton MJR theater for the Jurassic movie. read more

This is the worst customer support in the world. I tried to buy online tickets, 10 of them, for my family and the online system would not work. After a hour of trying and the online system keep on failing, I tried calling. Talked to 3 different people and none were helpful. They would not take the order over the phone, do not offer 'any discounts' for seniors or children, and told me I would have to drive up there, buy them for another day and leave. I'm around 15 miles away in one direction, so that is out of the question. Total lack of support. read more

I love how close this is to home. My husband and I love going to see a movie on a Tuesday (we have the rewards program) where we get tickets at $5 a piece. A small popcorn is free on Tuesdays, but you can upgrade to a medium for $1. The theatres are clean, and so are the bathrooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. read more

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at the new location. The atmosphere is great, inside is gorgeous. They didn't seem to have any issues with cleanliness when we went on a Friday night to see the new Avengers - some popcorn and food around but staff was actively walking around cleaning up. Along with this, the staff was very friendly, especially the manager who greeted us upon arrival and thanked us for coming on our way out. Overall a five star experience. Assigned seating is stupid. The fact you have to prepay for a specific seat in advance for a movie that's already been out for two weeks is dumb. Also using a confusing kiosk to buy a ticket that's confusing to navigate and has no directions is a waste of time, it would be easier and faster for some skinny little kid to hand me a ticket when I buy it than figure out how to use a damn TV screen. Then some kid not even half my age telling me I can't sit near my significant other because it's assigned seating took the cake. Refund, thank you, good bye, never going back.
