very disappointed in dr.gallo and her staff . went for routine check up and only had blood work…read moredone .3 weeks later when i finally get the receptionist to pick up shes said my results are fine.i always ask for my results to be emailed to me . i notice a urine test on my results !!! i did not give a urine sample .when i called the nurse challenged me and said i did .i went to see the doctor in person they know they dropped the ball. the urine test must be taken off my portal thru the office .im still waiting for lisa the manager to do it , very disappointed dr .gallo did not take it into her own hands. as soon as the urine lab results are off i will get my records ,something to think about "what if the urine had drugs in it " totally unexceptable , i also am fighting lab charges on my insurance for a test i did not take

Also, told her about an embarrassing problem I was having for a long time, and she didn't think about it for more than a second. I had to come up with a solution myself. Of all the female doctors I've had for 20 years, nobody thought about doing anything about it, except for ONE nurse practitioner. This doctor ranks among Brooklyn's most mediocre doctors. Her demeanor is TEPID.

Before you see the doctors the building is very clean giving it a warm feeling is beautiful plants. The staff that you interact with first are awesome, they know the patients and everyone greets you when you come in you feel so welcomed. Now to the awesome nurses and doctors they are amazing and nurturing , caring and they listen to you're concerns if you're issues are something that they are not able to handle they will definitely direct you to the right specialist. They stay on top of all the important things you need to be doing to stay healthy.

I came because Dr. Sheridan is my father's doctor but after her wait time became long started seeing Dr. Foskey. Now the staff is nice and gives you attention when you're with them (with the exception of the front desk lady, not Calvin-he's the guy!). I make appointments for a reason. Not to say I'm coming for that time to wait the whole day to be seen. I waited 2 hours and have yet to be seen. It's ridiculous. I respect your time as a MD, NP, whatever it doesn't matter. I respect your time and that's it. It's not cool when my time is not respected when an appointment was made. They're response was that they're waiting on a room. For 2 hours!? Then the next appointment is May 25. Sorry but I need to deal with people and institutions that honor time.

Called the office a number of times and never received a return call. Went to the office hoping to see the doctor and was told he was leaving and couldn't see me and I would get an antibiotic. Asked why there never was a return call and he said he was having issues with the phone. Tried the office again the following day and when I walked in the male receptionist told me did I think I was entitled walking in and since I haven't been there in 2 years what did I expect. Needless to say I walked out after being insulted and reprimanded and found another doctor and I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Dr Buono is a wonderful doctor but it's impossible to get past his rude male receptionist. Needless to say, due to the incredibly insolence of the male receptionist there are 3 less patients for that office. He needs to have a course in patient etiquette and proper and polite discourse.
