I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well. PLEASE, if this is your first time selling your home and you find yourself on Pearce's website, do a little research of your own (reading reviews etc.). It's easily one of the biggest investments of your life and although the purchase of our home with a current employee here back in Winter of 2017 was the easiest / smoothest process and we were extremely happy, this was simply not the case for the sale of our home 1.5 years later (again,same realtor who helped us purchase). The only good thing to come out of this process was the simple fact that we had an offer within 5 days of our house being listed, there was an incredibly large miss on the offer that we had accepted that was overlooked and beings we were bound to, could not go back on (partially our miss but beings were not the ones making commission, this is the job of your realtor). From that point on, communication lacked and we felt as if we were the ones constantly asking what the next steps were in this process. Fast forward to 45 days later and multiple extensions from the buyers and we had finally closed and no longer have to be subject to dealing with a company who does not have paying customers best interested at hand.

Waited more than 24 hours for a response and when we did get one it was the Realty 3 agent contacting my agent asking if it was my highest and best offer. I countered with a 10k higher offer and they took someone else's offer for less money and who's offer came after mine. My wife was actually in tears over this and is utterly heartbroken along with myself. This is no way to conduct business. It is totally unprofessional and prejudicial in every way. I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will be inquiring to see if there is some type of recourse and an oversight agency for ethics violations.
