Instead of addressing the destructive behavior, they have turned a blind eye, excused the tenant's conduct, and allowed the situation to escalate. The tenant informed the police Mandy Management advised them to cut down all our trees. The situation has become even more distressing because their tenant frequently yells and screams at us in the mornings -- right in front of me and my disabled children. This is harassment, plain and simple, breach of peace as the police stated. It has created a hostile and unsafe environment for my family, which no one should have to endure in their own home. Mandy Management has done the opposite: they ignore legitimate concerns, enable their tenant's destructive actions, and allow them to lash out at their surrounding neighbors. Their negligence and hostility have caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and damage that could have easily been prevented with even the most basic level of professionalism and accountability. If you are a property owner or renter considering hiring this management company, beware: they do not act in good faith, they do not protect property, and they certainly do not treat others with respect.
