They are now treating ME like the scumbag, because the insurance company won't take anything after 180 days. Easy to get an appointment at a convenient time, and the office staff were very helpful in coordinating records of xrays being sent over. Dr. MacAfee is very personable and professional, he did a great job explaining the planning for my wisdom teeth removal, and did only the procedures which were necessary. The operation itself was very smooth and I had no issues with the anesthesia. Great follow-up as well, I had a common complication which required antibiotics post-op. As soon as I had an issue I called, Dr. MacAfee was on call and he called me backed within minutes, and within 20 minutes of initiating this I was already picking up my prescription. I couldn't believe it!! Dr. Fessler is a Saint for seeing me and relieving my pain so I could enjoy Christmas!! Not only did he see me when most offices would have said no, but he alleviated my pain. Never in my life was I more grateful. Such an incredibly kind and empathetic person. Later that week, Dr. Huh who is as equally kind, gently removed the tooth. He is the kind of dentist who explains the entire process from beginning to end which makes a potentially scary procedure pain free and anxiety free!! Dr Cumming's staff gave me an appointment the very next day. He took X-rays and assured me that with a root canal and crown, my tooth could be saved. That day he performed it and placed a temporary so I would not be embarrassed. Dr Cummings assessed my teeth and multiple bridges and corrected my bite.
