After installation, I started noticing multiple cracks, eventually up to ten across the floor, so I filed a warranty claim. I followed their entire process, including having an inspector come out, only to receive a report that made no sense. The claim was denied based on "improper installation," specifically stating the flooring was installed flush to the baseboards. That's simply not true. A proper half-inch expansion gap was left, exactly as outlined in the installation guidelines. Frankly, once they sent out their inspector, it became clear the outcome was predetermined. Instead of standing behind their product, they looked for any reason to deny the claim, and they found one. What's most frustrating is that I had flooring installed in the same home, using the same method, for five years without a single issue. The only thing that changed was the product color and brand, which strongly suggests this is a product defect, not an installation problem. Bottom line, don't put much faith in the "lifetime warranty." In my experience, it doesn't mean much, and the company will not stand behind their product when it matters. The flooring brand was NuCore. I will not be using them or this retailer again.

We got our kitchen granite through DE, so when we were in there, we talked to Sam, then Abdul. Both said they could help us. Sam went on vacation a short time later, and we dealt with Abdul the rest of the time. Abdul walked us through the whole re-do. They did it in an amazing timeframe. I really like that fact that they have sub-contractors that they can call and have them at my house in less than 2 hours - usually within 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. The results are magnificent! Abdul showed up virtually every day to check on the project and make sure we were happy. I will always call Abdul first when I need work done!!

From the beginning Matthew and the whole DE flooring staff were friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations. They sent me a handful of slab yard recommendations and it took us going to three to find exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us on pricing, edging for the stone, recommendations for sinks (which we bought online), and were flexible on timing. They also organized getting the plumber to install the new sinks, and have subcontractors for anything you'd possibly need for a renovation. I would use DE flooring again on future jobs, and we've been really pleased with the quality of their work.

Not League City Glass though. They were prompt on arriving for the quote, fully informed us about expectations, and the turn around on the quote followed professional communication expectations. Additionally they came out a second time after some modifications were made to our project to double check their measurements. We put 50% down so they could order the needed supplies and they arrived quickly and we were able to schedule the install. On the day of the install they arrived with a 4 man crew so they would be able to carry our 500 lbs piece upstairs safely. As you can see in my attached photo the end results look spectacular.
