    Today, Home Depot customer service offered to fix the improperly installed door by having their contractor (RF Installations) cover the growing crack with putty. They also offered me $800 for dealing with their dishonest and indifferent employees. However, they are apparently refusing to honor the clause in the contract in which Home Depot is responsible for damage to the door during installation. Putty does not fix the fact the door swings open if you don't use the deadbolt. The hinges are not lined up correctly. They suggested putty because the growing cracks would not even be visible any more with putty and paint. I kid you not.

    This location is amazing from their kind and oh so helpful employees plus the fact that everything is ALWAYS IN STOCK when you need items for your next home improvement project.

    I like Home Depot's selection and prices for the most part but sometimes the customer setup is majorly lacking. If you go in at the garden center there are no signs posted when the doors will close and it needs them. It can still be bright and sunny and they are closed. The hours to have staff out there should align with the summer months. When you are ready to check out you have to go all the way to the opposite end of the store now which is ridiculous. The new set up of all check stands on the far end of the store stinks. Also, it's almost all self checkout now. I'm starting to think we should get a discount for feeling like we are working for the company when using these self checkouts replacing the worker who used to help us, say hello and thank you as we left. When you can find staff members they are always super nice so this is not negative towards them but towards the overall feel of less workers which is less customer service provided. Also, many plants are in need of watering and care. Someone should be put in place to water or rotate when needed daily. See picture, there were many other plants that looked the same, management should address.

    Not very friendly staff and justin so called manger wouldn't honor the price that was clearly on shelf.

Deborah, the owner, was very hands on, and her employee's were top notch! They completely pulled all of our old landscape out (it was a lot!!), PROPERLY, roots and all. She redesigned the landscape just as we requested, and the work was absolutely top notch! They were here every day that they agreed to be here, and were always on time or early. They added sod in the front where we removed landscape, and brought the front and backyard to code for proper water run off. They also removed some shrubs, pulled out all of the dirt in that area, and poured concrete to extend out driveway. The work was done better than any concrete company would have ever done! They are professional, friendly, dependable, hardworking, keep their word, do the work properly, and they do not rush the job to get it done, they take their time and do it right! Absolutely the best contractor we have ever hired for work around our home! We will be using Coco's from now on for all of our outdoor needs. Thank you Coco's Nursery!!!!
