EMF Home Testing

It's sad that these days we have an enemy that most people aren't aware of. It's our electricity,…read morewifi, our cell phones, cell towers, all our bluetooth devices. It's nuts how wired we are and how much emf's we have polluting our air, but we can't SEE any of it. Although there are some home remedies we can practice, like wiring into the internet instead of using wifi, there are still bigger issues we can't control, like the cell towers. Dr. Ritter is not your everyday run of the mill guy who comes into your home, paints all your walls and leaves. He is a type of master of EMF's. He assesses your home. He detects where you have the most issues, what the biggest culprits are, and does a full analysis of your home, in order to help you live a healthier life. You will be amazed at how much better you feel when you can sleep more sound at night. I would recommend him a million times over. Review from Tasha Escoto

We had Jason Dent, with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors do our new home purchase. The entire HVAC…read moresystem was completely overlooked and the duct system and unit had to be complete rebuilt and replaced. We now have to file our own claim with an outside insurance agent to attempt to get some funds to help with the repairs. Very disappointed in the services we received.

We had Pillar To Post scheduled for a home inspection on a new build. I reached out on May 4th to…read moreschedule an inspection on May 16th. I confirmed that our time slot 9-12 on May 16th worked and the inspector confirmed on the 5th. The week before inspection I asked if he is still good for May 16th... crickets.... Morning of inspection he told me he had received the address I had sent. Inspector was copied on an email with home address on it, but surely it was easy to miss and understandable. Minutes later the inspector told me we were not on the books and he doesn't have any availability until after our builder designated time frame. He cited that we hadn't filled out the required paperwork and we needed to do that prior to inspection. While we were lacking information, the information the inspector said we were lacking was never requested all the while appointment time was confirmed. We simply never knew more information was needed prior to proceeding. Now we are scrambling last minute to get a 3rd party inspection on the house. I am sure that Pillar to Post is a great company and provides great inspections, however, the lack of communication and customer service was not great. I recommend if using Pillar to Post making sure they send you everything you need after sending the initial request for an inspection, that way you don't end up like us. EDIT: Paul, to address your comment: I did reach out to Pillar to Post. Tried calling the number you attached below and it was the booking center and they confirmed the inspector I had reached out to to set up inspection was associated with Pillar to Post, but said they couldn't help me. Thanks.

The referral was absolutely correct. From the time we made the appointment, to the time he arrived, to the time he gave us our inspection report, he was great with communication. He went over every detail on what we should take care of and why. He helped with who to call to get the items on the list taken care of. If you want someone thorough, honest and fair, give Hallmark Inspections a call.

Very concerning experience with Hallmark Inspections…read moreyesterday. I was about to let my 2 year old and 3 year old outside to play when I noticed a man (Aaron Wedemeyer - TREC Professional Inspector #26252) in my yard looking at electrical equipment. He had bypassed a secured gate to get onto the property, didn't have the access code, and never contacted me for permission. After confirming he was not authorized to be on the property, I asked him to leave. Instead, he chose to remain on the property while attempting to obtain authorization to inspect a neighboring unit. As a parent and homeowner, it's unsettling to find a stranger on your property, especially when young children are about to head outside. Access controls and property boundaries exist for a reason. I'd expect a professional inspector to coordinate access and obtain permission before entering a secured property, not enter first and ask questions later (especially in Texas).
